摘要
本文主要介绍了桥壳总成的相关知识,根据桥壳总成的结构和特点,在进行专门研究的基础上制订出该部件的加工工艺路线,选择、计算各工序主要参数及选出加工设备,填写加工工艺规程,设计针对该构件的专用夹具。
在确定了桥壳总成初步设计方案后,决定采用传统理论方法对桥壳总成的结构进行设计、计算,并采用AutoCAD设计软件对桥壳总成、夹具、进总装图等行了工程绘图。而后又对桥壳总成的工艺规程进行了编排;在查阅了大量关于桥壳总成设计的书籍后,确定桥壳总成的设计方案,绘制了桥壳总成夹具装配图,给出了桥壳总成工艺规程的说明书,并对整个设计进行系统分析,得出整个设计切实可行。
