The Lessee desires to lease Bank Guarantee (BG/SBLC ) from the Lessor. Lessee confirms with full corporate and legal responsibility that funds available to fulfill the requirements for the lease of this instrument is ready and Lessee further confirm to cooperate with the Lessor.鉴于：承租人欲向出租人租赁银行保函（保函/备用信用证）。承租人应承担全部公司责任和法律责任并确认是否准备好符合租赁票据要求的有效资金，再进一步确认与出租人进行合作。WHEREAS. The Lessor desires to lease, transfer and assign all rights title and interest of the BG/SBLC available to it to the Lessee. Lessor represents and warrants that it has the ability and resource to arrange through associates, contracts and sources, with full corporate responsibility, financial instrument in the term of assignments to be provided to Lessee. Lessor and Lessee execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract.1出租人和承租人执行、签署和印刷本契约时，即自动成为一个完整的商业追索权的合同。2. Lessor will cause his banker to swift copy of electronic copy of BG/SBLC to lessee bank coordinate on confirmation of lessees MT 799.3经承租人同意，在承租人收到MT799后72小时内，出租人应将BG/SBLC的SWIFT MT760给予或递交到承租人银行鉴定验证。出租人银行应将关于确认承租人的MT799的BG/SBLC电子副本复印件提供给承租方银行。4. Within 3 banking days of confirmation of the Lessors swift MT760 of BG/SBLC at Lessees bankers, Lessee will lift condition, or by wire transfer of the leasing fee for the bank transmission charges into the Lessors bank account.Lessees bank shall release the payment of the leasing fees and commissions to the lessor as well as all intermediaries involved.4在3个的银行工作日内承租人需确认承租人银行的BG/SBLC SWIFT MT760，若承租人将解除条件，应将租赁费用以及银行转让手续费用电汇至出租人账户。承租人的银行应将租赁费用款项和佣金让与出租人以及所有相关的中间人。5.
