Look up at the starry skyAs viewed from Earth, there is a long river up in the sky, which we called“The Milky way”. In and around“The Milky way”exist at least 100 billion stars. The stars shine happily all the time. I often look up at the starry sky and dream of being one of the stars so that I can take care of my “sons of the stars”. Have you ever heard of “sons of the stars”? They arent really sons of stars, but my students.Todays high school students face many pressures, mainly from parents expectation, study, employment and all kinds of competition. Although pressure to some extent can provide motivation, overdue pressure has serious negative effects. On the one hand, high school students are encountering more psychological problems than ever before. They are overloaded with study and haunted by pressure of college entrance exam. As young and inexperienced children, they are also facing emotional dilemma trial of human interrelationship. On the other hand, necessary psychological aid for high school students is a must for the time being. It is quite a shock that at least 40% of high school students suffer from spiritual depression.In such a case, students please look up at the starry sky, where we solemnly entrust to you to correct deviation from the course. The starry sky is so marvelous and glorious, the eternal blaze can kindles the flame of hope in your heart, and you will get energy soon. Within all this realm of lack of choice, you must choose how you shall live, courageously or in cowardice, honorably or dishonorably, with purpose or in drifty. Students please look up at the starry sky, the free and serene sky can provide the place where your soul rests and nestles.Trends push students to the vast sea of society, there is no doubt that the dawn will bring them bright morning. But it is teachers who lead them to a magnificent life. We teachers are the architects of successful societies. We are candles burning ourselves without expectation of having a niche in history. Being a teacher is the most worthy job a person can do. We should use our truth to spread the kindling of wisdom, just like the spring silkworms devoting the loyal life. In such a bright starry sky, many teachers like me make great efforts on the three feet platform without regret. Our ambition is to spark the creativity in the students whom we teach, help them strive for goals and be a light of our students. Maybe the light is not so dazzling, but it must be able to illuminate the childrens beautiful soul world, warm the childrens moist heart and guide the childrens life voyage.Our students need such a heart lamp.
