She is cooking3.构词法：名词词尾如y变成形容词。在名词后面加-y 可以变成形容词（尤其是一些与天气有关的名词）。例如：rainrainy, cloudcloudy, windwindy, snowsnowy, healthhealthy, luckluchy 等。注意：1、如果名词以重读闭音节结尾，且词尾只有一个辅音字母，这时应双写词尾的辅音字母再加-y.如：sunsunny, funfunny等。2、少数以不发音的e 结尾的名词变为形容词时，应去掉 e 再加-y。例如：noisenoisy, iceicy 等。4、describe the weather, describe what you are doing.一、教学目标1、知识与技能（1）掌握表示天气和气温状况的单词，学会谈论天气。（2）认识世界著名的在城市及其天气。（3）表达自己对天气的喜好并说明原因。（4）叙述人们在不同的天气背景下能做的事情，描述正在发生的动作。2、过程与方法（1）通过多媒体课件展示图片，创设情境，让学生对各种天气有感性的认识。（2）通过同伴之间编写、演练对话来锻炼句型和巩固新单词。（3）通过听听力材料并记录所听到的信息来巩固单词和句型，锻炼学生的拼写能力。（4）通过卡片游戏来复习巩固本节课的内容（5）通过设置”weather forecast”这一活动，来应用本节课所学知识。3、情感态度与价值观（1）训练学生运用已知信息的能力。（2）通过课文教学引导学生关注天气情况，爱护环境，保护大气等自然资源的良好意识。二、学情分析1、通过学习七年级地理和新目标英语七年级上Unit 13 Where is your pen pal from?,学生已经掌握了世界五大洲及主要国家的地理位置，他们基本懂得用英语表达并书写国家及城市名。2、经过近一年的任务型语言教学的训练，大部分学生已经养成良好的英语学习习惯，能够在课堂上听懂老师的全英语指令，并且能够根据老师的要求用目标语言完成各项任务。3、天气的表达对学生来说是第一次出现的新语言。学生需要描述世界各地的天气状况和气温状况，新单词比较多，学生在记忆这些新单词时可能有一定的难度。因此教会他们运用构词法记忆单词在这节课显得犹为重要。三、教学重点和难点表达天气状况的单词Sunny, cloudy, snowy, rainy, windy, cold, hot, cool, warm, humid(2)Grammar:What is the weather like in Moscow? /How is the weather in spring?Its rainy/.What are you/ they doing?
