摘要
冲压加工技术应用范围十分广泛,在我国民经济各工业部门中几乎都有冲压加工或冲压产品的生产,如汽车、飞机、拖拉机、电器等。均占有相当大的比重。
我所设计的课题是通过拉伸与翻边复合工艺完成3060收割机钉齿幅盘的模具设计。
利用模具将平板毛坯变成开口空心零件的冲压加工方法称为拉伸。拉伸是主要的冲压工序之一,应用很广,用拉伸工艺可以制成圆筒形,阶梯形,球形,锥形,盆形和其它不规则的薄壁零件,如果与其他冲压成形工艺配合,还可以制造形状更复杂的零件。
翻边是使平面或曲面的板坯沿一定的曲面翻成竖立边缘的成形方法。根据翻转曲线封闭与否可分为内孔翻边和外孔翻边两种,按变形的性质,翻边又可以分为伸长类翻边和压缩类翻边。

Abstract
Stamping processing technology application range is very wide, almost in my various industrial departments of national economy has stamping processing or stamping products, such as cars. Plane. Tractor. Electric appliance etc. All occupies a considerable proportion.
My design subject is through drawing and flanging composite process finished 3060 harvester spike-tooth plate mold design.
Using the opening mould plate blank into hollow parts stamping processing method called a stretch. Drawing is one of the major stamping process, application is very wide, by drawing process can be made into cylindrical, step, spherical, conical, oval and other irregular thin wall parts, if cooperate with other stamping forming process, also can make more complex shape parts.
Flanging is flat or curved surface of the slab along a curved surface into erected on the edge of the forming method. According to flip closed curve or not can be divided into inner hole flanging and outer hole flanging two kinds, according to the nature of the deformation, flanging and can be divided into stretch flanging and compression type flanging.
