摘要
针对在一般的企业生产实践中经常会遇到对已有的机床进行更专业化改造的问题,进而达到节约成本,提高产品质量的目的。此文系统的阐述了利用原有丝杠车床、床身、床鞍,丝杠进行改光杠键槽铣专机。此键槽铣专机是专为铣长键槽光杠类零件,并可铣各种宽度的键槽。其设计方案主要从总体方案设计、各主要部件技术参数的确定,及其空间的合理布置、传动方案的比较选择、各种典型零件的设计计算、校核、电动机选型等。进给系统作为机床的主要功能系统,对之有较高的运动速度,精度要求。此进给系统主要实现工进与快退的两大基本功能,速度的切换采用电控式、从而避免了停止时铣刀对已加工的表面擦伤。电机仍选用旋转式电机,电机带有电磁制动器。这项机床的改造的具体措施始终遵循着实用性和经济性的原则,进行工厂的内部改造,完全具有可操作性和可行性。
