Unit 3 How do you get to school?Section B (2a-2c)教学设计武威第九中学 王志俊一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标:通过本节课的学习,学生能掌握以下单词:cross,river,many,village,between,between.and.,bridge,boat,ropeway,year,afraid, like,villager,leave,dream,true,come true.能掌握以下短语和句型:(1)It is+adj.+to do sth.(2)cross the river to school(3)go on a ropeway=take a ropeway(4)one 11-year-old boy(5)There is a very big river between their school and the village.(6)leave the village(7)Can their dream come true?2. 语言技能目标:通过对课文的学习,让学生初步掌握阅读的基本技能和方法,初步学会根据课文掌握大意并学会略读和细读的基本方法。3. 情感态度目标:通过对课文的学习,让学生懂得并理解山区孩子学习的艰辛与不易,学习他们坚韧不拔、不畏艰险、不怕困难、勇敢面对生活中的困难和挫折。让学生深刻地认识到:我们享受着便利的交通和环境,更应该珍惜现在幸福的生活和良好的学习环境。二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:cross,village,villagers, afraid, like,leave,come true.的运用2. 教学难点:a.让学生掌握阅读的基本方法:b.复述文章2b及对本单元所学语言点灵活运用能力。3、 教学思路 本课的教学内容是人教版七年级下册第三单元的第五课时,以山区孩子过索道上学为话题,运用视频导入, 激发学生的兴趣与注意力。首先通过课文的标题和图片,让学生猜测大意,然后进入课文初读,感知文章大意,看是否与猜测相符。第三步勾出课文中的疑难点,回答有关课文的简单问题。第四步进行细读,通过细读,理清文章的主旨,理解并会运用本节课基本的语言知识点,完成2b部分提出的4个问题。接下来,再读课文,完成课本2c的完成句子练习。最后设计了一个活动和一些有关第三单元的练习来巩固已有的语法和语言点,其中设计的活动:你想对亮亮说什么?这个活动的设计目的是为了提升学生的语言输出能力,培养学生说和写的能力,看学生能否对本节课学过的知识与语言点灵活运用。本节课采用情景视听法,小组合作学习,阅读教学法,使学生在思考,交流,合作探究中学习和使用语言。4、 教学准备multimedia, blackboard, 5、 教学过程Step1.Revision and Lead in 1.Check the words on page 17 that students have learned. 2.watch a video about going to school in a village.Let the students realize it is so difficult for students in villages to get to school.After watching the video,make the students understand how nice our life is and study harder and better.Nothing can prevent students in villages from getting to school.Step2.Guess(2a)1. Look at the picture and title below.Guess what the passage is about. Fast reading: Read the passage and find the answer to the question:Whats the students and the villagers dream in this village? Students read the passage quickly and find the answer to this question: Their dream is to build a bridge.Step3.Careful reading(2b)Read the passage again and find the answers to the questions below:a. How do the students in the village go to school?b.Why do they go to school like this?c.Does the boy like his school?Why? d.What is the villagersdream?Do you think their dream can come true?Why or why not? 阅读指导:首先,读这四个问题,记住这四个问题。其次,带着问题去仔细读短文,并在短文中寻找相关问题的回答依据。然后根据相关依据,写出问题的答案。Step4.Reading(2c) 1. Work on 2c.Lets read the passage again and complete the sentences with the words from the passage.2. 阅读指导:(1) 首先,阅读这五个句子,掌握句子的意思,大体确定空格处所缺单词的词性是形容词、名词还是动词等。(2) 其次,带着这五个句子,在短文中去寻找与这五个句子相关的依据。在相关的句子中寻找空格处所缺的单词。比如:第一句应是在短文中的第五句中“But for the students in one small village in China ,it is difficult”可知本空格处应为difficult一词。其他几个也按这样的方法来做。(3) 最后,再读一遍这些句子,检查有无不合适的地方。(4) Check the answers:difficult,big,quickly, afraid,true.3. group work:Divide the whole class into six groups.According to the reading guide,discuss and finish it.Step5.Retell the passage: According to the given words, let the students retell the whole passage ,the students can begin like this: How do you get to school? Do you walk or ride a bike?Do you go by bus or by trainFor ,it is to get .But for in China, it is . There is between and . There is no bridge and the river for boats. They go to the USA by plane.They take the plane to the USA.三、句型转换。1.They ride their bikes to school. (就画线部分提问)How do they get to school?2.It takes 50 minutes to get here.
