Unit6 Im watching TV 执教者:吕莎莎一、教材分析 本节课是人教版Unit6 Im watching TV的第一课时。本单元以谈论日常活动(Everyday activities)为话题,运用现在进行时“谈论现在正在进行或发生的动作”。并通过图片展现人们进行不同活动的场景,将学生带入到谈论日常活动的话题中。SectionA部分展现了一些家庭日常活动的动词短语,并通过“打电话”的对话情景输入“What are you doing?”“Im watching TV.”这一语言结构。这一话题贴近学生的日常生活,语言素材源于学生生活实际,因此有助于提高学生学习英语的兴趣。学生在完成任务的同时学习语言,并培养学生树立正确的人生观 。【出处:21教育名师】二、学情分析 由于学生们在小学接触过现在进行时,所以对这一时态有所了解,在一定程度上较低了难度,但是如何准确的掌握它的结构对大部分学生来说存在难度。这就要求教师在引入的时候练习的时候要多从学生的角度思考。 三、教学目标(Teaching Aims) 1.知识目标 1)短语和单词 掌握newspaper,soup,movie,use,wash等词汇以及短语listen to a CD,usethe computer,watch TV,read a newspaper,talkonthephone, make soup等。 【版权所有:21教育】2)句型结构 Whatareyoudoing? ImwatchingTV. Whatshe/shedoing? He/Sheswashing the dishes. Whataretheydoing?Theyrelistening to a CD. 3)语法The structure of the Present Progressive Tense现在进行时. 2.能力目标 1)能根据动词的变化规律写出正确的现在分词形式。 2)能用现在进行时谈论人们正在做的事情。 3、情感目标 通过对本单元的任务性活动,增强学生与学生之间的交流,以及团结合作的精神。让他们体验在活动中带来的快乐,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。以及乐于参加活动的积极情感。 21世纪教育4、学习策略 利用学生的好奇心激发学生的学习兴趣,利用多媒体图片、视频等方法直观的教授生词及句型。通过迁移手段介绍人物的活动,拓展学生表达能力。利用单句描述、听力练习、情景对话、角色扮演逐步提升学生的语感和听说能力。 四、教学的重点和难点 教学重点: 1.词汇newspaper,soup,movie,use,wash.短语read a newspaper,talk on the phone,make soup,listen to a CD.等 212.动词现在分词变化规律。 3.句型What are you doing? I am v-ing. W hat is he doing ? He is v-ing.等现在进行时的用法。 21cn教学难点:现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音,能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行的动作。 21教育名师原创作品五、教学方法 创设情境法、口语交际法、Pairwork,Groupwork.通过创设开放式教学情境,两人一组合作交流,相互探讨、相互合作,从而获得知识、技能和情感体验,发展他们的合作意识及探究能力。 21*c六、信息技术应用 录音、多媒体课件。 七、Teaching procedures: Step1 Warming-up Greetings Step2 Leading-in T:Class, lets look at the picture. What are they doing now? Ss: They are playing basketball now. T: What are they doing? Ss: They are singing.T: Then what about them? Lets watch a video. Say the words in the video. Ss: friends, playing, dancingT: Well done. What are you doing?Yeah, We are having an English class. Im teaching English and you are listening. I hope you can listen carefully.(通过师生对话谈论图片和视频自然导入新课,通过一段录像引出动词现在分词形式,加深学生对知识的理解,同时有助于提高学生学习英语的兴趣。) Step3 Presentation 1.First lead out the new words and phrases. T:Look at the picture. Whats this? Ss: newspaper T:Whats the activity in the picture? Ss: read a newspaper. Teacher uses the same way to lead out other words。 (向学生展示与新词相关的图片,并向学生发问,当学生不会回答时可提供适当帮助) Step4. Drills: T:Look at the picture, Its 7:00 now. Whats she doing? S1:She is talking on the phone. T:A clever girl.Please read them Teacher use the same way to lead out the sentences: - Whats he doing? -He is reading a newpaper/using the computer.etc -What are they doing?-Theyre eating dinner./watching TV. Let students work in pairs. S1:Whats he doing? S2:He is using the computer. (通过游戏的方式,操练对话,训练学生口语表达能力,同时又增强了课堂的趣味性。) Step6. Practice (1a): T: Look at 1a, you can see a picture, there are many people in it, you can also see many activities, please match the activities with the picture. Then check the answers. Step7. Listening(1b): 1. You can find 4 names in 1b.Jenny,John,Dave and Mary. Do you know how to answer? Please look at the picture and make conversations in pairs. (The students ask and answer in pairs according to the picture.) Ask some pairs to present their conversations to the class . eg. A:Whats he doing? B:Hes using the computer. A:What are they doing? B:They are listening to a CD. (该活动为学生提供有指导的口头练习,进一步熟悉句子结构。) Step9. Groupwork(探究现在进行时)Let students work in groups and find out the rules in 1a, and know something about the new tense(Present Progressive Tense). Fill in the blanks. Check the answer.3. Listen and repeat.(在听前,老师进行有效的指导,让学生通过自己观察的方式,对听力材料有所了解。在听的过程中,教给学生一定听力技巧。) 21世纪*Step11. Group workIts six oclock. What are your friends doing? Interview at least three friends , then make a report.
