摘 要
本文介绍了柴油机设计的历史、发展与现状,目前国内柴油机的设计、制造、工艺、可靠性、性能指标与国外同类产品相比有较大差距,开发设计的能力也较为低下,针对这些问题,提出建立柴油机数字化快速设计系统实例库。在Unigraphics支撑软件环境下,运用UG的参数化功能模块及二次开发工具GRIP语言,完成柴油机系统中活塞连杆总成,汽缸盖总成的实例库的建立,以三维特征模型的方式表达柴油机零件实例。建立实例库是开发基于CBR的柴油机数字化快速设计系统的基础工作。这种实例表达方式简明直观,可利用支撑软件的造型功能方便地进行实例的修改和实时更新,非常适合与参数化设计的特点,避免了在设计上重复的麻烦,将大大提高设计人员的设计效率和准确性,缩短设计周期,这无疑会给企业带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
