B: Its cloudy/sunny/raining.3.通过图片的提示和听力活动,学习、训练询问和回答世界各地天气情况的句型,提高英语听说能力。教学重点、难点1.学会运用描述天气的形容词。2.在具体语境中感悟、理解和学习由how引导的询问天气的特殊疑问句。3.助动词be和动词-ing的正确使用,Its raining/snowing.教具准备:设计教学PPT,录音机,多媒体,相应的图片资料。教学过程:Step.Lead inLeading in 【情景1】Warm up by talking about the date.T: Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning/afternoon, Mr./Ms.T: (Use a calendar.) Whats the date today?S1: Its T: Yes, its early summer now.The weather is good/bad today.(Then show the pictures of the weather icons.And teach the new words.)设计意图口头复习,从复习日期引入谈论天气,然后运用图片教学单词,引导学生进入学习天气话题的语境。Leading in 【情景2】1.Talk about a picture with somebody doing something and the sun to show the sunny weather.T: (Greet the class.)Hello, everyone! Mr./Ms.T: Look at this picture.What time is it?Whats the boy doing?Ss: Its morning.The boy is talking.T: What is he talking about?Ss: T: The boy is talking about the beautiful day.Its a nice day, isnt it? Today we are learning to describe weather.2.Then the teacher shows pictures or icons about the weather and teaches the new words about weather.设计意图引导学生直接从含有表示天气的“太阳”图片,进入学习表示天气的新的内容。Step.New words (1a)1.Use pictures or weather icons to present the new words of weather. Show the pictures/icons of different weather to teach the new words. T: Look at the sun! Hows the weather?
