In 1948, he went to lake Kivu in the Congo to observe a new volcano which he later named Kituro. Tazieff was able to set up his camp very close to the volcano while it was erupting violently. Though he managed to take a number of brilliant photographs, he could not stay near the volcano for very long. He noticed that a river of liquid rock was coming towards him. It threatened to surround him completely, but Tazieff managed to escape just in time. He waited until the volcano became quiet and he was able to return two days later. This time, he managed to climb into the mouth of Kituro so that he could take photographs and measure temperatures. Tazieff has often risked his life in this way. Once, however, it failed to give the correct time. A painter who had been working on the tower hung a pot of paint on one of the hands and slowed it down ! Lesson72 A car called Bluebird “蓝鸟”汽车The great racing driver, Sir Malcolm Campbell, was the first man to drive at over 300 miles per hour. He set up a new world record in September 1935 at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. Bluebird, the car he was driving, had been specially built for him. Although Campbell reached a speed of over 304 miles per hour, he had great difficulty in controlling the car because a tyre burst during the first run. 计算机配置要求（非常重要）为保证广西公共资源交易服务平台、具及投标文件制作专用工具的正常使用，投标人单位使用的计算机须符合以下配置：1硬件要求：CPU：推荐使用P42.0以上；内存：推荐使用2GB以上（制作电子投标文件用计算机）；硬盘：推荐使用80G以上；显示器：推荐使用17寸彩显或液晶（不要采用上网本），建议屏幕分辨率用1024768 像素；2.软件要求操作系统：需要安装完整版Windows XP(Sp2补丁)/Vista/Windows 7操作系统,不要安装番茄花园等Ghost版本操作系统。若是VistaWindows7用户，请使用管理员账号administrator登陆系统进行操作（或者使用右键以管理员身份运行）。推荐使用windows XP或者Windows 7操作系统。办公软件：需要安装完整版Word 2003或以上版本。IE浏览器：使用IE6及其以上版本，建议使用IE7，IE8版本，不要使用360，搜狗等第三方浏览器（此类浏览器为加快访问速度,均从缓存中读取信息，造成有些系统功能无法使用）。不要使用百度,Google等工具条的拦截功能。 3.网络要求 推荐使用中国电信的网络环境，独立带宽在2M以上，并且保证使用的时候，本地网络情况通畅。 4.下载工具推荐要求 最好直接下载，不推荐使用下载工具。如使用下载工具,建议使用web版本的迅雷下载。5.杀毒软件 在安装驱动的时候，建议将杀毒软件关闭后安装。安装成功以后在启动。对于360软件提示本平台提供的软件可能含有有木马或者建议阻止运行等内容，不要关闭或删除掉，否则会导致软件部分功能不能使用。二. 网上招投标用户须知2.1. 相关软件如何下载如果您是第一次使用，请先下载并安装驱动程序，用户先登录广西公共资源交易服务平台，在下载中心的地方，点击“平台专用制作工具及驱下载”，进行相关软件下载。作为投标人需要下载2、3、4、5四项软件。其中第2项Epoint控件包、第3项 CAD浏览控件是必须先下载安装的；4和5两项在制作相关的电子文件时候也是必须下载安装的。2.2. 网上招投标的文件格式是什么？广西公共资源交易服务平台 网上招、投标采用的是专用格式文件，其中网上的格式有（以文件后缀名）：招标文件：XX工程.GXZF；答疑文件：XX工程.GXCF；控制价文件：XX工程.GXBF；投标文件（加密）：XX工程.GXTF；投标文件（不加密）：XX工程.nGXTF另外，网上招投标文件中包含有招标工程量清单及投标工程量清单文件，其中招标工程量清单文件需要单独在系统中进行下载，投标工程量清单文件包含在投标文件中，其格式分别为：招标工程量清单文件：XX工程.GXZB；投标工程量清单文件：XX工程.GXTB；2.3. 投标文件制作过程中是否需要全程使用CA证书？不需要全程使用CA证书，只是在登录系统、新建投标文件、电子签章、获取网上资料、生成电子投标文件，这5个步骤的时候需要使用CA证书锁。2.4. 如有答疑，投标文件及商务标是否必须要在答疑文件基础上制作？是的，有答疑的话必须要在答疑文件基础上制作投标文件和做投标报价，否则会导致工程量清单在清标的时候提示错误。三. 驱动安装说明3.1. 安装驱动程序（Epoint控件包）下载驱动程序（Epoint控件包）以后，需要双击进行安装双击安装程序，出现安装界面，点击 选择同意许可协议的条款，点击 选择需要安装的目录，点击 系统安装到最后会弹出可信任站点的加入列表提示（如下图），请点击 ，不然可能会造成有些功能不能使用。接下来弹出证书安装界面，点击。软件进入证书安装过程，证书安装完毕。四. 证书工具4.1. 修改CA证书口令证书Key的口令，需要妥善保管，新发出的证书Key的密码是111111（6个1），为了您的证书的安全，请可以修改密码保证安全；但如你修改了密码，务必牢记密码！用户可以点击桌面右下角证书管理工具，进入证书管理界面。输入原用户口令和新用户口令，点击修改用户口令即可完成修改了，请不要忘记您的用户口令，如果忘记，请到广西CA发证中心进行帮助。备注：用户口令的如果输入错误，您最多有5次机会用于尝试，如果超过次数该锁就会被锁定，此时您需要携带相关材料到广西CA认证中心去初始化密码。五. 检测工具检测工具是用来检测客户环境上是否成功的设置了可信任站点，是否安装了一些必要的控件，检测您的证书Key是否有效，检测您的证书Key能否成功盖章。5.1. 启动检测工具用户可以点击桌面上的新点检测工具图标来启动检测工具。5.2. 系统检测该页面主要是进行可信任站点的设置。如果显示都是打钩，就证明已经设置成功。如果没有设置成功，请点击加入可信站点按钮即可。5.3. 驱动检测如果以上都是打勾，系统所需要控件都安装完毕了。其中证书Key驱动 需要把您的证书Key插好以后才可以检测出来。5.4. 证书检测用户可以点击立即检测，选择证书，输入用户口令，可以检测该证书Key是否可以正常使用。如果出现表示您的证书Key是可以正常使用的。如果出现此提示：出现的原因可能是您的证书Key驱动没有装好或者是证书Key是无法使用的，请重新插入下Key或重新安装证书Key驱动，或者马上联系广西CA进行更换。5.5. 签章检测此页面是用于测试您的证书Key是否可以正常盖章，请点击，在出现的窗口中，选择签章的名称和签章的模式，并输入您的证书Key的密码。点击确定按钮，如果能成功加盖印章，并且有勾显示，则证明您的证书Key没有问题。如果出现其他的提示，请及时和广西CA联系。请务必按照上述过程进行设置。六. 业务功能操作说明6.1. 业务功能说明主要实现如下两大功能：一是供投标单位维护本单位诚信库信息，如单位信息，相关电子件上传，企业资质，人员情况，投标所需材料等等。二是进行业务操作，供投标单位进行网上报名、招标文件下载、清单文件下载、最高控制价文件领取、上传投标文件等。6.2. 业务功能使用前提各类投标单位进行网上投标前，首先务必要先注册交易服务平台账号，然后在完善本单位诚信库信息并审核通过后（具体操作详见下“诚信库入库操作问答”章节），最后才能进行网上招投标活动。6.3. 登陆会员业务系统点击进入广西公共资源交易服务平台网站的地址：如下图：选择网站右边“投标单位登录”按钮，进入系统登录页面，如下图所示：输入用户名和密码点击登录（如果有CA锁则插入CA锁，点击证书登录）2成功登陆后，可以进入会员系统，如下图。特别说明：用户首次登录系统，需要首先维护本单位的诚信库信息，将本单位信息，单位资质、相关人员、业绩、材料进行填报上传并提交当地招标办审核备案，审核通过后，才能对系统进行业务方面的操作；否则，将无法进行业务功能操作。（诚信库审核过程：投标单位在网上填报信息提交给招标办审核投标单位带上原件到招标办现场审核招标办根据投标单位提交的信息与原件进行比对审核审核通过后，投标单位可进行业务方面的操作）开户帐号必须填写企业的基本帐号下面就投标单位（以施工单位为例）进入系统后，详细列举投标单位对本单位诚信库信息上报维护的操作步骤。6.4. 诚信库入库说明企业用户首次登录系统，需要首先维护本单位的诚信库信息，将本单位信息，单位资质、相关人员、业绩、材料进行填报上传并提交当地招标办审核备案，审核通过后，才能对系统进行业务方面的操作；否则，将无法进行业务功能操作。七. 诚信库入库操作问答下面是以施工投标单位为例，进行操作说明；其他类型投标单位参考此施工类别即可。7.1. 如何成为交易服务平台的企业会员？请查看“业务功能说明”6.2说明7.2. 如何维护单位的基本信息？登录系统后，点击“诚信库管理”，进入左侧菜单中的“基本信息”菜单。右侧显示出基本信息界面，点击修改信息按钮弹出录入基本信息页面l 带有红色*的为必填项，非必填项建议全部录入。开户帐号必须填写企业的基本帐号。l 注册地区要选择准确点击右侧的向下箭头按钮，在下方的注册地区中选择公司营业执照上的注册地区。基本信息录入完成后，在点击“扫描件管理”上传单位电子证件，最后点击“提交入库请求”按钮即可将信息提交给当地招标办审核。7.3. 如何上传单位各类证件的电子扫描件？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧“基本信息”菜单。在右边点击“修改信息”，进入“扫描件管理”页面，如下图所示：其中诚信承诺书和法人授权委托书为网站下载的表格，在上面签字并盖章后扫面成图片点击“浏览”按钮，找到要上传的扫描件，选择后点击“添加文件”按钮，添加完成后点击“关闭”按钮基本信息录入完成后，点击“修改保存”按钮。7.4. 如何录入单位的施工资质？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧的“施工资质”按钮，出现右侧页面，如下图：点击“新增企业资质”按钮，弹出下方页面对照单位资质证书上的内容，填写界面上的基本信息，点击资质类型右侧的向下箭头，弹出企业资质，选择后在可承担业务中会自动显示，选择是否是主项单选按钮，最后确认无误后点击提交入库请求。7.5. 如何录入项目经理信息？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“项目经理”按钮，出现下图所示：点击“新增项目经理”按钮，弹出下方页面录入项目经理的基本信息，如果是录入生产安全考核的B证，在安全生产考核证号和发证机关里面录入，点击注册建造师或者项目经理证后面新增证书按钮，弹出录入证书页面录入信息后点击“添加保存”按钮，回到项目经理页面上，点击“扫描件管理”按钮录入相关的扫描件，最后确认信息录入无误后点击“提交入库请求”按钮。7.6. 如何录入单位安全生产考核信息？三类人员是指: A证：建筑施工企业主要负责人，是指对本企业日常生产经营活动和安全生产工作全面负责、有生产经营决策权的人员，包括企业法定代表人、经理、企业分管安全生产工作的副经理等 B证：建筑施工企业项目负责人，是指由企业法定代表人授权，负责建设工程项目管理的负责人等 C证：建筑施工企业专职安全生产管理人员，是指在企业专职从事安全生产管理工作的人员，包括企业安全生产管理机构的负责人及其工作人员和施工现场专职安全生产管理人员进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“安全生产考核”按钮，右侧页面，如下图点击“新增安全考核”按钮，弹出下方页面录入完基本信息后，点击扫描件管理录入扫描件，最后确认无误后点击提交入库请求。7.7. 如何录入企业业绩？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“企业业绩”按钮，右侧页面，如下图：点击“新增业绩”按钮，弹出下方页面在界面上录入业绩相关内容，注意：在下方的获奖中，如果录入的业绩有获奖的录入，没有的可以不用录入，选择相关的项目经理，录入后点击“扫描件管理”按钮最后确认无误后点击提交入库请求。7.8. 如何录入企业获奖？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“企业获奖”按钮，右侧页面，如下图：点击“新增获奖”按钮，弹出下方页面录入获奖名称，或者选择相关联的业绩，录入后点击“扫描件管理”按钮最后确认无误后点击提交入库请求。7.9. 如何录入企业各类证书？进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“企业各类证书”按钮，右侧页面，如下图：点击“新增各类证书”按钮，弹出下方页面选择“证书类别”录入后点击“扫描件管理”按钮，最后确认无误后点击提交入库请求。7.10. 如何录入投标所需材料？投标所需材料，是投标单位每次投标所需要上传的资料，这里上传的资料是不需要审核的，比如投标单位的项目经理养老保险证明、项目管理机构人员（如5大员信息等等）。进入“诚信库管理”，点击左侧菜单中的“投标所需材料”按钮，右侧页面，如下图：录入企业相关的信息，该栏目不需要审核，是投标时候需要的。7.11. 关于其他信息说明？企业财务、信息披露、变更历史、未审核的修改这几项可以不用录入。八. 业务管理操作问答功能说明：主要提供给投标单位进行网上报名、招标文件下载、清单文件下载、上传投标文件等功能；操作此功能前，本单位的诚信库信息需要经过当地招标办审核备案通过，否则将无法看到该功能模块；如下图所示：投标单位登录系统后，在首页面中，可以看到当前的招标公告，点击进入招标公告，即可进入报名；或者点击“业务管理”-“投标报名”菜单。投标报名后点击下图保证金缴纳码，显示出保证金缴纳状态菜单，记住图中红色框中的保证金缴纳码，在进行保证金转账时，务必将该保证金缴纳码填写到转账单中，同时交待转出银行工作人员务必将该缴纳码一并转出，转出后，自己务必要关注系统中保证金缴纳确认标记；也可到招标文件中要求的交保证金的银行柜台，提
