Teaching Plan by Fan Hongjun Teaching Time:June 2nd, 2017Teaching Class: Class2, Grade7Teaching Materials: Section B (2a-2c), Unit 11Teaching aims一、知识目标1. 学习并掌握下列单词:exciting, lovely, expensive, cheap, slow, fast, robot, guide, gift, all in all, everything, interested, be interested in, dark, hear 2. 掌握学习对学校旅行的描述性句型:1) It was really interesting.2) We got there so fast by train.3) It was difficult to take photos.4) They werent expensive.5) I think todays school trip was terrible.6) The museum was big and boring.二、能力目标1)能列举一系列用来评价学校旅行的描述性形容词。2)用所学的目标语言对所学文章进行复述。三、情感目标 通过阅读两篇关于学校旅行的日记,对比总结,培养学生积极的情感。Teaching key points褒义词,贬义词和中性词的运用;对阅读篇章的理解;培养学生阅读策略和对比分析能力。Teaching difficult points让学生掌握与旅行活动相关的动词短语和描述性形容词,理解阅读篇章中的关于过去经历的叙述。Teaching procedures Step 1 Revision Lead-in Make a survey: What did you do last holiday ?Step 2 Ask the students to read the article in 2b Task 1 Fast reading (Scanning) Let students scan what kind of article it is. Scan the dates of the diary entries Scan the first two sentences and the last sentences. Predict the meaning of the diary entries. Task 2 Careful reading Read carefully and find the key sentences. Answer the two questions in 2b. Check the answers Task 3 Intensive reading Ask the students to read the passage carefully again, and find out the adjectives and fill in the chart in 2c. Check the answers. Ask students to explain the reasons. Discuss: What did Helen and Jim have different opinions about the same trip? Task 4 Reading aloud Read the passage aloud and pay attention to their pronunciation.
