毕业论文中文摘要铝和铝合金的组织性能研究摘要铝是产量仅次于铁的第二大金属, 铝工业是仅次于钢铁工业的第二大金属工业。由于铝具有比重小, 导热性、 导电性、 抗蚀性良好等突出优点, 又能与许多金属形成优质铝基轻合金, 所以, 铝在现代工业中的应用极为广泛, 可以说涉及人类生产生活的各个领域, 其重要性不言而喻。铝的应用有两种形式: 纯铝和铝合金。铝及铝合金材料、 制品在世界范围内的生产量和消费量巨大。铝是有色金属在生活当中应用最多的,本文通过对铝的力学性能,金相,加工方法,还有组织性能的分析, 铝合金新材料的发展是全世界铝产量和应用的量大幅度增加的关键。20世纪初时效硬化的发展突破了铝合金新材料发展的技术瓶颈,使铝合金材料的发展和应用较长时间处于高速增长期。材料分析技术和材料加工技术的发展又进一步完善和优化了铝合金系列和铝合金成分,铝基复合材料的出现和发展又为铝基材料性能潜力的发挥提供了新的途径。目前,全世界研究开发的铝合金已超过千种以上。关键词 铝的加工,铝的的力学性能,铝的金相研究毕业论文外文摘要Aluminum and aluminum alloy processing technologyAbstractaluminum is the second largest metal production following iron ,as same as the aluminum industry. With a small specific gravity of aluminum, great thermal conductivity and electric conductivity and resistance to corrosion and also can make high quality aluminum alloy , so, aluminum is widely used in modern industry, and invoicing all aspects of human life. The application of aluminum have two forms: aluminum and aluminum alloy aluminum is the largest application non ferrous metal in our life. Through this paper , are analyzing the mechanical properties,metallographic,processing method, and the properties of organizationthe new material development is the key of world aluminum production and substantial increase At the dawn of 20th centuries, the development of age hardening is the breakthrough of aluminum alloy which set the aluminum alloy in a long term of rapid growth. The material analysis technology and material processing technology development have further improving and optimizing the aluminum alloy series and composition of aluminum alloy, the observation of aluminum composite material give a potential way to their development.
