糖果枕式包装机总体设计及竖封装置设计
摘要:本课题是在目前市场上较热门的包装机械的基础上,对其竖封装置及总体结构进行设计。该类包装机要求传动系统简洁,工作稳定,维修保养简单,所有控制由软件实现,方便功能调整和技术升级。
在传动系统设计中,主要是对齿轮和轴的设计。整个系统的设计充分体现了价廉物美、简单实用、结构简单,节省材料的设计原则,同时大量地使用了通用件,降低了制造成本。在竖封装置的结构设计中,主要采用了凸轮来控制竖封机构的间歇运动。不但结构简单,而且运动也十分平稳。控制部分采用人机界面的PLC控制,具有故障自诊断功能和参数存储功能。而且还采用了双变频器控制,带长即设即切,无须调节空走,一步到位,省时省膜。另外还用高感度光电眼色标跟踪,数字化输入封切位置,使封切位置更加准确。温度独立PID控制,更好适合各种包装材料。
本次设计的糖果枕式包装机功能良好,性能可靠,操作灵活方便;在结构上,方便工厂生产制造以及车间内的安装,在使用中,便于调试和维护;同时具有生产成本和使用成本低等特点。

The Overall Design of the Candy Pillow Type Packaging Machine and the Design of the Vertical Encapsulation Device
Abstract: This topic is the design of the packing machine’s vertical closure device and the design of the overall structure foundation in the more popular packing machine present-market. This kind of packaging machine request succinct transmission system、stable work、the simple service maintenance and all controls realized by the software, It can adjust function and update technology.
In the design of the transmission system, main problem is the computation and examination of the gear transmission and the axis. The overall system design fully manifested the low-price and good-quality, the simple and practical principle, the simple structure, the material-saved, at the same time it has used the standard part massively, reduced the cost of production. The design of vertical closure device in the structure, mainly use the cam to control the intermittent motion of vertical closure structure. The structure not only is extreme simple, but also has steady movement. The control department adopts human-machine interface, PLC control. It has diagnosis function, and can preserve parameter. Moreover, It also uses the double – frequency changer control, when the belt has been long, it can cut following supposes, it need not to adjust and wastes time, reaches only one step to goal instantly, time-saving and material-saving. Moreover it also uses the high sensitivity electricity eye color code to track, the digitized input to the seal cut position, to make the seal cuts position more accurate. The independent PID temperature control can suit each kind of packing material better.
This device about the candy pillow type packaging machine, has good function, creditable capability, and very flexible manipulating; in its structure, it convenient plant’s production and manufacture and the workshop’s installment, in its use, it is advantageous for the debugging and the maintenance; Simultaneously the characteristic is the low cost of the production and the use and so on.
