3Z型行星齿轮减速器设计

摘要:这次毕业设计的内容是根据课题做一个行星齿轮减速器。通过比较,选用3Z(II)型行星齿轮减速器。
本次设计要完成的主要内容:
1. 确定传动方案 传动方案的确定包括传动比的确定和传动类型的确定。
2. 设计计算 每级传动结构的设计计算,大致包括:传动比的分配、传动系统运动学和动力学计算、传动零件的设计、轴的设计计算与校核、轴的选择与计算、键连接的选择与计算、箱体的设计、润滑与密封的选择和传动装置的附件说明等。
3. 装配图以及各零件图的设计。
通过本次设计,可知行星齿轮减速器有着体积小、质量小、结构紧凑和传动效率高等特点,但由于行星齿轮减速器传动比大,力矩就比其它减速器结构小,行星齿轮减速器自锁角大止退性差而不适合启动用。

Abstract: The content is based on graduate design to be a subject of planetary gear reducer. By comparing,3(II)Planetary gear reducer is selected .
The design of the main elements to be completed:
