If not, try to make one.重点1.Help the students have a self check to see if they can use the target language of this unit well. 2. The verbs: remind,cant stand,look for,prefer,love 3.Answer an e-mail.难点1.Make up sentences with remind,cant stand,look for,prefer,love. 2.Reply the e-mail.教学用具录音机,班班通导学活动流程Revision Ask the question:What kind of music do you like? to practice the attributive clauses. And ask: What book did you read recently? What do you think of it? to practice the reviews.Leading-in with passion: Show the words: remind, cant stand, look for, prefer, love. Read them and talk about their meaning and usage.Get by themselves:Part 1 1.Ask the students to fill the blanks and check their answers each other. 2.Check their answers on the Study-Exercise card each other and read them. 3.Have some students make their own sentences using these words.Share with partners:Part 2 Read the instructions to the students. Ask the questions: What is the subject of this e-mail? Whom is it from? Who wrote the e-mail? Ask three students to answer the questions.导学活动流程Ask one student to read the e-mail. Correct any pronunciation errors. Ask all the students to read the e-mail aloud once. Ask someone to tell me what Lingling wants to know about her pen pal. Write the questions that Lingling asks in the e-mail on the blackboard:(1) What language would you like to learn? (2) What kinds of music do you like?(3) What kinds of food do you prefer? (4) Have you ever seen an Indian film?(5) What kinds of films do you prefer?After that ask some questions about Lingling to see if they understood the e-mail. (1) What language might Lingling like to learn some? (2) Why is Lingling in Hong Kong now? (3) Which city does Lingling prefer, Hong Kong or Shanghai? (4) What did she do last night? (5) What kind of music does she prefer? ect. Try to make it clear what the students couldnt understand about the e-mail by asking them to answer the questions. Next tell the students to write the reply to Ling ling.Share their achievements: Ask students to complete the work on their own in Part 2. After they all have finished the letter, ask a few students to read their replies to the class.Just for Fun! Ask all the students to read the sentence in the picture together. Then ask them what is funny about this cartoon. Help them to answer, we usually think of people, not dogs, singing along with a band.Homework and Exercise: Correct the reply to Ling ling.
