摘要
目前国内外小型汽车上主要用的都是齿轮齿条式转向器。齿轮齿条式转向器又分机械式,电动式,和液压助力的。国内大多还生产机械式的,液压的技术都还不成熟,电动的一般还处于研发阶段;但是在国外(如日本)液压的基本都不再生产了,电动转向已经成熟,甚至已经在中国建厂投产。
齿轮齿条式转向器转向器式是将司机对转向盘的转动变为或齿条沿转向车轴轴向的移动,并按照一定的角传动比和力传动比进行传递的机构。
其基本结构是一对相互啮合的小齿轮和齿条。转向轴带动小齿轮旋转时,齿条便做直线运动。有时,靠齿条来直接带动横拉杆,就可使转向轮转向。所以,这是一种最简单的转向器。它具有结构简单、紧凑、质量轻、刚度大、转向灵敏、制造容易。成本低,正、逆效率都高一级便于布置等优点,而且特别适合于在、烛式和麦弗逊式悬架配用,因此,目前它在轿车和微型、轻型货车上得到了广泛的应用。

Abstract
Small car at home and abroad are mainly used on the rack and pinion steering. Rack and pinion steering gear is divided into mechanical, electric, and hydraulic of assistance. Domestic Most also produce a mechanical or hydraulic technology is not yet mature, the electric is still in the research and development stage in general; but in abroad (e.g. Japan) do not reproduce the basic hydraulic, and electric power steering has matured, has even set up factories in China production.
Rack and pinion steering gear steering gear type is the driver of the steering wheel or the rack into the rotation axial movement along the steering axle and gear ratio in accordance with a certain angle and the force transmission ratio for delivery institutions.
