20 世纪 90 年代开始,国内举升机逐渐开始普及,随着我国汽车保有量的增加,举升机作为汽车维修的重要工具,需求量也大大增加。现在举升机市场已经拥有近百个中外品牌,产品系列成百上千。举升机国外著名的品牌有 bend-pak,Rotary 等,国内有安特力、万力开 AMREOC、金华(JIG)、汉麦克森、序达、元征、鳌福、广力等。分类国外品牌尽管价格较高,但依靠其产品质量好、性能稳定、设备操作简单,在经销商中建立了良好的口碑。随着近几年国内举升机行业的发展,1无论在产品设计、技术开发还是售后服务方面,都进行了很多的改进,销量也大大提高。 F3 进入车型选择界面。选择出对应于所测车辆的车型之后,如果需要做偏位补偿,则5按 F3 前进,否则按 F4 停止。偏位补偿:如果所使用的卡具是快速卡具,则只有在钢圈损坏程度较严重时,才需要做偏位补偿(对于 AudiA6 或PassatB5,测量前必须做偏位补偿);如果所使用的是自定心卡具,则对所有车辆必须做偏位补偿。做偏位补偿的要点:(1)轮胎转动方向应为车辆正常行驶时的转动方向。(2)调整前检测:安装好定位仪设备附带的刹车锁。进入调整前检测步骤,屏幕上会出现方向盘对中提示图案。在绿色区域内,表示可以接受的范围,但是在绿色范围的左右两侧的测量结果,会相差 5 可进入前轴调整步骤。前轴外倾角的调整按照车辆底盘的结构可分为两种,一种是需要举升前轴使前轴车轮悬空才能调整外倾角;另一种是不需要举升前轴就可调整外倾角。 对于需要举升前轴调整外倾角的车辆,其定位调整的步骤如下: 1)按 F3 键直到屏幕上出现前轴调整画面。此时屏幕上同时显示出前轴的五个定位参数的数据值,他们分别是:左、右轮外倾角,左、右轮前束,前轮总前束。然后按 F7 键,屏幕上出现提示语句,提示您此时可以6用二次举升器将车辆的前轴举起。在您用二次举升将车辆前轴举起后,再按 F3 键前进,此时屏幕显示左右轮外倾角的数据。现在就可以按照屏幕显示的数据进行外倾角的调整了。 2)调整完左、右轮的外倾角后,按 F3 键前进,则屏幕上出现“现在可以将二次举升放下”的提示,此时可以放下二次举升,当车辆前轮在举升机平台上落稳之后,拽住车辆前轴的悬架部分,下拉几次,以使车辆前轴的悬挂复位。车辆放好之后,再按 F3 键,此时屏幕显示又重新回到前轴调整画面。 3)现在可以在前轴调整画面下,按照显示的左、右轮前束值调整左右轮前束。当左右轮前束和总前束都调整好后,按 F4 键结束定位调整过程。 4)对于不需要举升前轴调整外倾角的车辆,则可在前轴调整画面下,按照先调外倾角,再调前束的顺序,参照屏幕上实时显示的各参数值,分别调整左右外倾角、左右前束值。调整好之后,按 F4 结束定位调整过程。调整后检测:将举升机降回到调整前测量时的高度,将举升机锁止在水平安全位置。进入调整后测量步骤,此时屏幕上显示出当前的两前轮的单独前束值。按 F3 前进,其余步骤与调整前检测的步骤相同。 如果在此步骤中显示的两前轮的单独前束值与定位调整过程中调整好的前束值有较大差别,原因可能是因为在调整结束后,将车辆落下来的过程中,方向盘位置发生了改变,导致两前轮的位置改变。因此每个车轮的单独前束值会与定位调整时的值不同,但前轮总前束不会改变。但由于进入调整后检测时所显示的前轮单独前束值会被记录,并在最后的测量结果中显示出来,从而使得调整结果报告中的前轮单独前束值有可能为不合格。而实际情况是前轮总前束是合格的,只是因为方向盘没有对中而导致单独前束值处在允许范围之外。为防止这种情况出现,在调整后测量步骤中,如果发现所显示的每个车轮的单独前束值与定位调整时的值有较大不同时,按 F3 前进,直到屏幕上出现对中方向盘的图示后,依图示对中方向盘。然后按 F4 键退出调整后检测步骤,再重新进入调整后检测步骤。此时因为有了前一步的方向盘对中,所以屏幕上显示的应为方向盘对中情况下的7前束值,正是我们所需要的值。如果这时候的前束值在允许范围之内,则表明定位调整合格,如果此时前束值仍不合格,则表明上一步的定位调整没有做好,还需要再回到定位调整步骤中再进行一遍调整。
