Greet the class as usual.2. Revise how to describe the weather by using the key words and target language learnt.Step.Leading-inShow some pictures on the sreen about the four cities at Page37 and talk about what people are doing in different weather coditions.Step.Presention1.Show the pictures in 2a on the screen and ask what the people are doing in the pictures.Then play the recording and the Ss number the pictures(1-4). Play the recording again,this time the Ss listen and tell what the different people are doing in the conversation.Then the Ss ask and answer in pairs to check the answers.2. Draw the Ss attention to the conversation in 2d .Ask them to read the conversation and answer the questions shown on the screen. Have the Ss read the conversation again and find the new words and expressions,then talk about them with the Ss together.Step.PracticeShow some pictures on the screen and get the Ss to work in pairs to make conversations by talking on the phone after I make a similar one with a student.After several minutes,invite some pairs to act out their conversations.Step.SummarySummarize what weve learned in this lesson together.Tell the Ss that in different weather,people should do different things,and we should do the right things in different times or situations.Homework1.
