摘 要
装载机是工程机械的重要机种之一,其工作装置设计的合理性和质量直接影响着装载机的各项工作性能。传统的设计方法已无法满足这种复杂产品设计的要求。随着CAD技术和现代设计方法,尤其是优化设计方法的深入发展和应用,工程机械的设计正向着新的方向发展,自动化和智能化程度不断提高。工作装置的机构形式和建模方法都呈现出多样性。
对于传统的优化方法,在机构优化设计中一般存在着局部最优现象,要想从多个局部值点中找到全局最优解是一件比较困难的事情。而粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimizer, PSO)算法是一种基于群体搜索的算法,有效地防止搜索过程限于局部最优解,减少了陷于局部最优解的风险,达到整体最优解。
举升机构是装载机工作装置的重要部分。设计目的是建立举升机构的数学模型,采用复合形法和粒子群优化法两种方法对其进行优化设计,对两种方法进行比较。优化结果表明,采用优化设计后,工作装置的性能得到进一步的完善和提高。

ABSTRACT
Loader is an important type of construction machinery, the design of working device is reasonable and quality directly affects the performance of loader. The traditional design method has been unable to meet the requirements of complex product design. With the development of CAD technology and modern design method, especially the further development and application of optimization design method, design of engineering machinery towards a new direction, the degree of automation and intelligent continuous improvement. Mechanism and modeling method of working device are showing a diversity.
The traditional optimization methods, the general design of a local optimal phenomenon optimization in institutions, to from a plurality of local point to find the global optimal solution is a difficult thing. Particle swarm optimization (Particle Swarm Optimizer, PSO) algorithm is a swarm search based algorithm, effectively prevent the search process is limited to local optimal solution, reducing the risk of falling into local optimal solution, to achieve the overall optimal solution.
The lifting mechanism is an important part of working device of loader. The design objective is to establish the mathematical model of lifting mechanism, using complex method and particle swarm optimization method of two kinds of method to optimize its design, comparison of two kinds of methods. The optimization results show that, after using the optimum design, performance of working device further.
