钢锥锥轮式的无级变速器的传动与设计
摘要:钢锥轮式无级变速器的设计是在钢球锥轮式(Kopp-K)无级变速器的基础上发展起来的,它是由瑞士人J.E.Kopp 发明的。刚锥锥轮式的变速器是一种结构简单的定轴摩擦轮系,而且菱锥的形状是对称的,变速过程中菱锥与主动轮、外环接触点的连线总是与菱锥母线正交的,因而事传动计算大为简化。它具有变速范围宽、传动效率高、噪声低、输出转速低、容量大和功率恒定的等一系列优点。因此,目前已较多地应用于车辆、拖拉机和工程机械、船舶、机床、轻纺化工业机器、起重机械和实验设备中。世界上各先进工业国均已对其系列化生产,并获得了广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了无级变速器的发展概括,然后就刚锥锥轮式无级变速器的结构、传动原理以及变速原理进行了分析与计算。

Cone cone wheel of the CVT transmission and Design

So, now used in more vehicles, tractors and construction machinery, ships, machine tools, textile chemical industry, machinery, lifting machinery and laboratory equipment. The advanced industrial countries in the world have its series production, and received a wide range of applications. This paper describes the development of CVT general, and then just tapered cone CVT wheel structure, principle and variable speed drive principle is analyzed and calculated.
