收音机电池后盖模具设计
摘 要
塑料模具在工业生产中运用广泛。不论是工业生产还是日常生活,塑料制品都得到了广泛的应用。而注射模具则是一种非常重要而高效的塑料生产工艺装备,在现代化生产的各个领域发挥着重要的作用。注射模具的设计充分利体现了时代性与进步性,且生产效率提高,经济效益显著。?本文介绍的模具实例结构简单实用,使用方便可靠,对类似工件的大批量生产具有一定的参考作用。本文采用塑料注射模来实现收音机后盖的注射成型生产。通过对收音机电池后盖工艺的正确分析,设计了一副一模两腔的注射塑料模具。详细地叙述了模具等的设计过程,工艺参数的选择与计算,推出机构斜导柱、滑块与浇注系统以及其它结构的设计过程。并对其主要参数效核计算。同时展现塑料注射模方便快捷的优越性。

Abstract
The ramming mold applies widely in the industrial production. The ramming mold's design has used the mechanical press's function characteristic fully, carries on the ramming forming under the room temperature condition to the semifinished product, the production efficiency enhances, the economic efficiency is remarkable. This article introduced mold example structure simple practical, the easy to operate is reliable, has certain reference function to the similar work piece's production in enormous quantities. This article uses the superposable die to realize the filling piece ramming production. Along with the technical development, in the industrial production mold's use already more and more brings to people's attention now, but is applied massively in the industrial production. The ramming mold's feed control technology also invests into the actual production, the ramming mold may the big enhancement labor production efficiency, reduce the worker to bear, has the important technology advancement significance and the economic value.
