Lead-in 歌曲Merry ChristmasT: Enjoy and answer the question. 2). Presentation1. New words and phrases By offering some pictures and asking some questions ,teach some new words and phrases.For example: What will they have to do on that day? They will have to prepare for an exam.2. Game To grasp these new words and phrases.3. 1a Match the phrases with the pictures.4.Target language Show my invitation card and ask Can you come to my party? Sure,Id love to. Sorry,I cant. I have to.3)Practice Pair work to practice the target languages.4) Listening listen to the recording and write the names next to the correct students in the picture. (1b,2a,2b)5) Group work 1. Help students form groups of four. Say, one of you is student A. Student A invites the other three students to your party. The other students say “yes” or “no”. Remember to give a reason.2. Have the students work in groups.3.
