新目标英语Go for it!(七年级上册)unit8(3a-4)说课稿一说教材 1.本课的地位和作用 本课是新目标英语七年级上册第8单元第一课时,教材以 when is your birthday? 为中心话题。Section A 是本单元的重点部分,也是核心教学。主要学习日期的表达。它上承Unit7 的数字教学,下接SectionB与以后有关日期的英语教学。因此本部分是前后知识的载体,在本单元以及今后的英语学习中都占重要的地位。 2.教学目标 课程标准中说:英语教学的目的是培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力,为用而学,在用中学,学了就用。因此我把本课的教学目标定为以下几个方面: (1) 知识目标 词汇 掌握 112月份的表达 序数词131 日常交际用语 when is your birthday? My birthday is . 语法 日期表达法 (2) 能力目标 在连贯的听说读写活动中,训练学生的逻辑思维,快速反应能力和实践能力,使学生能熟练应用:when is your birthday? 句型及其回答。 3.本课的重点难点和关键点及其理论依据 根据课程标准,重点是句型when is your birthday ? 及其回答.难点是日期表达中月份和日期的正确使用。关键点是:正确熟练运用when is your birthday ?My birthday is . 句型。 二、说教法教学的实质是交际,为此我选用了以下教法: 1提问引入法 通过提问,集体,分组,分行回答,或学生逐个回答的形式开展教学,检查和巩固新旧知识。 2交际功能法 通过集体,分组,两人,个人操练等形式,达到交际的目的。 三、说学情、说学法 。在学习日期的表达法时要先学习序数词的构成,学生在以前的课程里已经学习了基数词,对于两种数词之间的区别一定会令学生感到头痛,教师要引导学生运用对比的方法,找出构成规律,总结特殊变化,对比强化记忆。针对本课的内容,我采用了五步教学法:第一步:热身 激活旧知识,创设轻松活跃的课前气氛。;第二步:呈现 呈现新内容,感知新内容;第三步:操练 用多种方式操练新知识;第四步:巩固 通过游戏,听力练习和笔头练习相结合的方式,巩固新知识。第五步:应用 让学生在用中学,乐中学,学了就用。 四说教学过程Step 1. Greeting and duty reportInvite a few pairs of Ss to act out the conversations like the one in 2d. Teacher ask several questions about their conversations. Encourage all students to be active to listen and answer when they are performing.Step2 Homework checkCollect some important festivals from the last homework and ask some students to write them down on the Bb. Help them put all festivals in time order in a year. Thank you.Write the dialogue on Bb. Teach how old(几岁), age(年龄),date(日期)Get Ss to repeat times till they can read easily.2) Practice the dialogue with two more students as a model with the target language on Bb. 3) Students work in pair to talk about their birthdays and ages like the one on the Bb. 4) Call the Ss to look at the three ID cards. Ask someone to read the ID cards. Or teach them to read. Pay attention to the reading of the dates in them. 5) Explain: “How old are you?” means “Whats your age?” “Im thirteen years old.” Means “My age is thirteen.” “ Birthday” means “ date of birth”. Write them on the Bb.Step 4 3a 3b Pairwork1) Students work in pair practice the model conversation on the Bb by using their own name, age, date of birth, or choosing an ID card in3a. Then give students several minutes to prepare performance. (Four students a group) Rank your partners from the youngest to the oldest. Report about your name, your birthday and your age, one by one from the youngest to the oldest. eg. My name is . Im fifteen My birthday is2) Never forget to say “Well done! Or “You are great.” to the persons who do the work well.Step 5 Summary Today we knew some festivals. We also learned how old question and its answer.
