摘 要
煤矿井下煤仓是联系井上下各个生产环节的重要枢纽,是煤矿生产过程中的一个重要环节,原煤多是由煤仓经锥形漏斗依靠自重流动输送。在输送过程中出现的煤仓堵塞现象已经成为各煤矿所面临的普遍性难题,严重影响了原煤的输送、制约着生产效率,并且存在极大的安全隐患。
煤仓堵塞已经成为一种通病,一旦发生故障,煤仓往往是少则几个小时,多则几天无法进行原煤输送,严重影响了生产效率。目前针对不同的煤仓堵塞问题,最原始的解决方法是人工通堵,这种方法直接但效率低下,而且极易发生人员伤亡事故,安全隐患问题严重。处理煤仓堵塞事故到目前还未找到一个安全可靠的方法,不但影响正常生产,而且时有人员伤亡事故发生。因此,如何研究解决煤仓堵塞问题,最大限度地减少或杜绝处理煤仓堵塞是非常必要的。
立式煤仓疏通装置由现场气源提供高压气体,储气罐用来高压气体储能,作为橡胶弹发射动力能源。由受控的高压气体冲击橡胶弹,使橡胶弹在发射筒内加速,达到一定的速度后冲击煤仓内的堵塞位置,破坏堵塞起拱,完成疏通。

Abstract

Vertical Coal Bunker clear the device to provide high-pressure gas source by the gas field, used high-pressure gas storage tank, as the rubber bullets fired power energy. Controlled high-pressure gas shocks by the rubber bullets, rubber bullets in the launch tube to accelerate, reaching a certain speed after the impact of coal storage location within the block, destroyed plug bagging, complete clear.
