摘要
房地产是近几年政府最关心的问题,房价的高居不下,很大程度上跟成本有关系。砖又是建房子必不可少的材料。因此可以从制砖机械上着手,从源头上解决问题,降低能耗,减少成本。下面仅从切条机一项上加以改进。
传统的切条机,无论做出怎样改进,切出的断面均是不平整的曲面,泥条在切坯机上切成坯时两端总得留下长短不一的泥头, 这些泥头的浪费十分惊人。所以工程师们一直追求设计一种可以垂直切条的切条机, 以减少损失。垂直切条机与普通切条机最大的区别在于,普通切条机的切割装置是固定在机架上的,而同步垂直切条机的切割装置却活动的,是一个可以实现与泥条同步运动的同步装置,是一个可以在轨道上来回滑动的滑车,通称同步小滑车。当泥条长度达到设定值的时,小滑车车就开始与泥条同速向前运动,在同速运动中同时完成切割泥条的动作。由于切割装置与泥条处于一个相对静止的状态,所以像在静止的机架上切割静止的泥条一样,断面十分垂直,而且长短一致。泥条切割完毕后,需要实现两个动作,一个是长度定位架释放泥条,输送电机启动将泥条送至切坯机,另一个是回程气缸启动,将滑车回程至起始点。

Abstract
Real estate is a problem in recent years, the government is most concerned about the stubbornly high prices , to a large extent with the cost of a relationship. Brick is also essential materials to build a house . So you can start from the brick-making machinery, to solve the problem at its source , reduce energy consumption and costs. Here a just cutting machine to be improved on .
The traditional cutting machine , no matter what improvements to make , cut out sections are uneven surfaces, when the clay on the ends cut billet machine cut into blanks of varying lengths gotta leave dump waste dump of these astonishing. So engineers have been pursuing designing a vertical cut of the cutting machine , in order to reduce losses. Vertical cutting machine machine biggest difference with ordinary cutting that ordinary cutting machine cutting device is fixed to the frame , and the synchronization of the vertical cutting machine cutting device , but activity is a synchronization can be achieved with clay synchronizing the movement means can be a sliding back and forth on the track block, known as synchronous small pulley . When clay length reaches the set value , the small pulley car began with the mud of the same speed forward movement , the movement is completed at the same speed while cutting mud of the action. As the cutting device with clay in a relatively static state , so like cutting stationary stationary rack on the same clay , very vertical cross-section , and the same length . Clay after cutting is completed, the need to achieve two actions , one is the length of the spacer release mud , clay transport motor starts to cut blanks to the machine, and the other is the return of the cylinder started to tackle the return to the starting point.
