Single-screwmachinetollayoutandstructureShouwenFanXiaobingWangMingguanShiHongzhongHuangSchoolofMechatronicsEngineering,UniversityofElectronicScienceandTechnologyofChinaChengdu,Sichuan,610054,PeoplesRepublicofChinaAbstract:Thispaperdescribesfourareasfromtheexistingsingle-screwmachinelayoutandstructure,andputouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthelist,becauseofthecompressorplantsingle-screwmachinetoolsandmachinetoolexternalSecurityinformation,theaboveintroductionthereisinevitablyone-sidedandwrong,andarethereforesingle-screwcompressorfortheproductionofreferenceworks.KeyWords:MachineSpindleBearingToolMachineisanationalsymbolofhighandlowlevelofmanufacturingindustry,thecoreisaCNCsystem.Wearecurrentlynotsaythatthesystemisthequalityofdomestic-madeCNCmachinetoolsalittlebetter,theuseofhigh-precisionballscrews,bearingsareimported,mainlytobuyinJ即 an,ourhomegrownballscrew,bearingsinprecision,thereareproblemsinlife.Currentlythemajormachinetoolplant,purchased100%ofNCsystem,themanufacturersgenerallybuyaJapaneseFanucMitsubishisystems,accountingformorethan80%,butalsoGermanysSiemenssystem,butrelativelysmall.WhyisGermanysSiemenssystemusedbysmall?Early,theGermansystemisnotabletofitourpowergrid.Ourpowergridstabilityisnotenough,Siemenselectronicservosystem,themoduleeasytoburnoutJapanisdifferent,andtheirsystemisnotabadburn.Recently,anumberofSiemenssystemimprovements,priceisstillslightlyhigher.GermanyisverygreatimportancetoChina,soChineseoftheirsystemonlyrecently,unlikeJapan,thereareChinese-basedversionofthelongago.Theyareintroducedinthelate90sJapanesetechnologydevelopment.SouthKoreashouldbealittlebetter.Ithasitsownmanufacturing,hascommercializedtheNCsystem,butimportsofmachinetoolsinChinainresponsetoourrequirements,butalsoreplacedtheJapanesesystem.Wetrustedtheirsystems.SouthKoreanCNCmachinetoolsaremainlytwo:DaewooandHyundai.DaewoocurrentlyhasajointventureinChina.However,theirpoorqualitymachinetools,lifeisshort,thecurrentbadinfluenceinthemainland.Infact,theywerebetterthanwemadealittle.However,ourownpoor,wecantolerate,TaiwansmachineispurchasedwithU.S.dollars,withthebad,andthatthefirelarger.Taiwansmainplant,severaltoolshavebeenintendedtomovetheirfactoriestothemainland,mostoftheminShanghai.Theseplantscurrentlyinthedomesticcompetition,butalsothenameofthebannermade.Onthedomesticadvancednumericalcontrolmachinetools,itsmainprofitistakenawaybyforeigners.Recently,asChinaseconomicdevelopment,alsocausedsomeofthemajormachinetoolmanufacturersintheworldsattentionin2000,Chinasetupa.jointventureofNCmachinetoolplant,saidproductionlevelisveryhigh,knownasintelligent,network-basedfactory,andtheworldsimultaneously.Alsothisyear,amajorJapaneseOkumaMachineToolPlantinBeijing,setupanannualoutputof1000setsmachinetoolscanbeaholdingcompanyofawell-knownGermancompaniesaresettingupaShanghaifactory.Atpresent,thecountrieshavedevelopedanumberofpoliciestoencouragepeopletousedomesticCNCmachinetool,eachmanufactureristryingtocatchup.the80%areimported,domesticmachinetoolstomeetneeds.Withinthenextfiveyears,thistrendwillnotchange.However,intermsofthepresentdomesticneeds,ChinasCNCmachinetoolsareabletomeetthemediumandlowproductorders.First,introducethelayoutofmachinetoolsThefirstis:machinetoolrotarytoolspindlecenterandthecenterdistanceforthefixed.Machinetoolrotarytoolspindlecenterandthecenterdistanceforthefixed,cannotadjustthecenterdistance.Processingofseveralofthescrewdiameteronthecenterdistancerequiredseveraldifferentspecificationsofthemachine.Advantages:simplestructureofthemachine.Disadvantage:eachmachinecanonlyprocessaspecificationofthescrew,whenthemarketonacertainspecificationrequirementswhenthescrewcompressor,resultinginamachineothermachineidle.Thesecond:themachinetoolspindleboxforrotarySpindleboxthatthemachinecanturnonamachineattheabovementionedarticleontheuseoftheimprovements,withthefirststructureofamachinetoolisbasicallythesame.Advantages:thestructureofmachinetooleasytoadapttoavarietyofspecificationsoftheprocessingscrew.Onedisadvantage:aftertherotatingspindleboxandthetoolspindleturningcenterlinedistancebetweenthecenterlineofaccuratemeasurementdifficult.Thethird:themachinetoolspindleboxforhorizontalmobile.Boxatthebottomofthespindleandthebasethereisarrangedbetweentherectangularslidingrail,spindleboxperpendiculartothedirectionofmovementofspindlecenterlineandperpendiculartothecenterlineofthetoolrotation.Throughthepowerofthespindleboxshafttothebaseofthetoolfeedmechanism.Screwdiameter,accordingtothesizeoftheprocessingintheprocessingofthepreviousroundbyhandtothebodyputintothescrewspindleboxmovedtotheappropriatelocation,andthenscrewthespindleboxonafixedbase.Hcessingbecauseofthediameterofthescrew,causingthefrontsurfaceandthetoolspindlerotationthedistancebetweenthecenterlineofthemarginistoolarge,theactualapplicationinthedesignspecificationsofthemachineintotwo,a machinescrewdiameterAnothermachinescrewdiameter.Advantages:avarietyoftoolstoadapttothespecificationsoftheprocessingscrew,eachscrewspecificationsneednotbeprovidedwiththeappropriatemachinetools.Disadvantage:thestructureofmachinetoolsandmachinetoolassemblyofthetwokindsofmorecomplexmachinetools,machinetoolsthanthecostoftwokindsofmachinetoolsbeforethehigh.Second,introducethestructureofmachinetoolspindle.Thelevelofmachinetoolspindleboxonthemainaxisandthebaseoftheverticalaxisdeterminesthedegreeofprecisionwastheprecisionscrewmachining,atthesametimescrewcompressorataspeedofthousandsofhigh-speedrotaryswitch,theaccuracyofthescrewwillbelesssothatthecompressorhaveafever,vibration,lowefficiency,suchaswearandtearsituationquickly.Currentlyavailablesingle-screwmachinespindlestructureoftheprogramhasthefollowingtwo.Thefirstis:bearingradialclearanceisnotadjustablespindlestructure.Beforespindlebearingouttheuseofonepairsofcylindricalrollerbearingsandthrustballbearingcombinationofboth,themainuseofdoublerowcylindricalrollerbearingsunderradialcuttingforce,theuseoftwoballbearingstobearaxialthrustcuttingforce.Mainadvantagesofthisstructure:themainaxisoftheprocessingandassemblyofsimple,lowcost.Onedisadvantage:becausethemainaxisoftheradialbearingclearancecannotbeadjustedsopoorprecisionspindle.Althoughtheuseofbearingsandshaftdiameterfittoeliminatetheradialbearingclearance,buteachbearingdiameterandradialclearanceisnotafixedvalue,soitisdifficulttodesignandprocessingtothequasi-axial-radialandbearingswithboretolerances.2disadvantage:itisverydifficulttobuyinthemarketofdomesticallyproducedorimported,C,DorP4,P5classthrustballbearings,machinetoolmanufacturingplantcommonlyusedalternativetotheuseofordinaryclassbearings,whichalsoaffectedtheaccuracyoftheenhancespindle.Bearingradialclearanceadjustablespindlestructuredonotapplytothegeneralaccuracyofthegeneralmachinetools,doesnotapplytorequireahigheraccuracyofthespindleofmachinetools.Thesecond:theradialbearingclearanceadjustablespindleStructure.BeforetheadoptionofaspindlebearingP4classofdoublerowtaperedholecylindricalrollerbearingsandaP4-classdoublerowballbearingthrusttothecombinationofheart.Theuseofthespindleholeofthedoublerowtaperedcylindricalrollerbearingsunderradialcuttingforce,theuseofdoublerowballbearingthrusttothehearttobearpartoftheaxialandradialcuttingforcecuttingforce.SpindlebearingsgenerallyusedafteraP5classofdoublerowtaperedholecylindricalrollerbearings.Doublerowtaperedholecylindricalrollerbearingswithinnerringandshaftaretapered1:12,bearinglocknutwitharoundledabearingintheaxialdisplacementoftheinnerringbearingsandexpansion,toreduceoreliminatebearingradialclearancepurposes.Maindisadvantageofthisstructure:Theprincipalaxisofthemorecomplicatedprocess,thespindleassemblyalsohastheexperiencenecessarytomaketheworkerstooperatethespindleachievethedesirednumericalaccuracy.Third,thedepthofthetoolfeedcontrolRequireddifferentprocessingscrewdiameterspiralgroovedepthisalsodifferentfromthedepthofthespiralgroovemmfromdozenstomorethan100millimetersrangearoundthetoolintotheinstitutionsrequiredtofeedthethousandsofringrotationinordertoachieveascrewmachine.Feedbecauseofthetoolinthetoolrotatingatthesametimeachievemotionfeed,soonanumberofgeneralmachinetoolsusedinmechanical,electricalcontrolmethodofdepthofcutdoesnotapplytosingle-screwmachine.Singlescrewmachinetoolsgiveagenciesintothefollowingdifferentwayscanbefeedtocontrolthedepthofpurpose.Thefirstis:frictionclutchandelectricalswitchestocontrolthedepthofthetoolfeed.Itsprincipleistocontroldepthofcutincreasesthetoolcutterfeedmechanismincreasestheloadtorquesothatthetoolfeedingmechanismofthefrictiontransmissionchainslippingclutch,amechanicallinkageconcurrentsilenttriggerelectricalswitches,opticalsignalpromptedoperator,whenmanualoperatortodisconnectthetoolintothepowersector.Theadvantagesofthiscontrolmethodare:thecontrolmethodissimpleandsparepartsprocessingandoperationalpowerfromtheimpactofasudden.Processingofdifferentdiameterscrewtoadjusttheclutchfrictiondiscspressedthepreloadspring.Materialbecauseofthedensityofeachscrew,andthehardnessoftheexistenceofsubtledifferencesinthedegreeofcuttingtoolssharpdifferencesexist,thustheaccuracyofthiscontrolmethodwasnottooaccurate,mayleadtoscrewspiralgroovedepthtoleranceistoolarge.Thesecond:useofanelectromagneticclutch,encodercontroltoolintothemixtothedepthoftoolfeedsystem,equippedwithelectromagneticclutchandatoolfordetectingthenumberofrotatingringgearandagunencoder.Itisatoolofcontrolprinciplehandscrewsurfaceencodertostartcountingswitch,thenstartcountingdevice,whentherotarytooltopre-setnumberoflapswhenthecuttingdepthisreached,theelectromagneticclutchautomaticoffopentothepowertoolintotheconcurrentsilent,opticalsignalpartspromptedtheoperatorhasfinishedprocessing.Thedetectiondevicethroughthedigitaldisplayshowsthenumberoffeedcirclesorfeed.Tornoffandtheelectromagneticclutch,thetooldoesnotonlyintotherotationwiththeverticalshafttothesport.Theadvantagesofthiscontrolmethodare:thedepthofthespiralgroovescrewtolerancecontrolmoreaccurate,becauseofseveralsignificanttableshowsthedepthofprocessing,orwantafewlapsandthedepthofprocessingorcirclethenumberofoperationsisalsoveryintuitiveanduser-friendly.Disadvantagesare:electricalcontrolofmachinetoolsatthesametimemorecomplexpartsofthiscontrolmethodattheprocessingplant,ifasuddenpowerfailure,thepriordatasetwillbelost.Ifyouaddintheelectricalcontrolofthebatterytopowerattheearly-dimensionaldetectiondevicestomaintainthejob,theproblemcanberesolved.Detectdrivewaytoomuchspaceisafixedpowerinputshaftandoutputshaftrotationshaking,inthecaseofthetransmissionstructureofconventionaldesignandmanufactureofmachinetools,thetransmissionoutputshaftanglespaceatmorethantendegreestothedozensofdegrees.Transmissiongapcausedbytoolargespiralscrewgroovesurfacethenthereisobviousmarks,thusaffectingthemachiningaccuracyofthescrew.Uponcompletionoftheassemblymachinetoolaxisofrotationofthedrivespaceistoolargeinfactaresubjecttovariouserrorsgear,creatingabacklashofthegearistoolarge.Machinetoolsinthemechanicaltransmissiongearareusedregardlessoftheaccuracyofafewoftheclass,thedesignerstakeintoaccountthegearmanufacturingerror,processingerrorboxcenterdistance,temperature,lubricatingoilfilmthickness,theassemblyerrorandotherfactors,machinedesignmustensurethattransmissiong
