Make sure that students can use the conjunctions properly in each sentence,such as not.until.,as soon as,since,so.that. and so on. master ways to express sentences differently.(2). Master ways to express sentences differently.Ability aimsDevelop students abilities of thinking, speaking, communication and cooperating with others with the help of games, group work and usage of multimedia.Moral aims(1). Make students know that when we meet trouble, dont give up, keep fighting!(2). Students can be more interested in English writing.Teaching key points(1) . Make sure the students can use proper conjunctions ,good phrases and wonderful sentence patterns to make the articles more fluently and more beautifully.(2) . Master ways to express sentences differentlyTeaching difficult points(1) . Make them use proper conjunctions when they write .(2). Help them to build the confidence in learning English. T: Different people have different hobbies. But do you know Miss Luos hobby? S: . T:I like magic.Now lets enjoy a magic show. Watching a magic show. T: OK, After watching a magic show, youve already know that Miss Luo likes Liuqians magic show.Step 2. Presentation and Drill(5mins) I show pictures about Liuqians magic show or Liuqians daily life to students and give some key words about each picture. Let students make sentences with proper conjunctions I give. Step3. Additional activities(10mins)(1). Oral practiceJack is Liu Qian s pen pal. I show Jacks personal information and let students use Jacks personal information to make a small talk show. (2). Group workGive a passage about Jack ,and let students use the proper conjunctions to make the passage more fluent and more beautiful. (3). Individual workLiu Qian writes to Jack, but he finds that some sentences arent fluent. Let students help him express these sentences in different ways.Step Four. Sum up (2mins) Summarize the writing strategy Step Five. Writing task (15mins)Let students to finish the writing task to reply to Lisa. Step Six. Share (5mins)Let students share their work with the classmates. And find the beautiful sentences in their work. Also if they make mistakes , correct them in time.Step Seven. Emotion goal.
