Section A(3a-3c) (八年级下) 教师姓名:李淑婷 年级: 八年级学科:英语教师教龄:16学校:新集中学 教材版本:人教版 教学内容分析 教学内容分析:本单元是八年级(下)第六单元,本单元围绕“传说和故事”这个话题,谈论过去发生的事情,重点训练“讲故事”这个语言功能项目。通过学习,要求学生掌握如何用过去时态讲述一个故事,描述古老的传说和有趣的故事,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,理解并体会传说和故事的教育意义。在了解目标语言的基础上,要求学生能理解优美的传说和有趣的故事,掌握故事的基本结构,讲述自己喜爱的故事。本节课是Unit 6 An old man tried to move the mountains .(Section A 3a-3c)的一节阅读课。主要围绕telling a story这一主题展开各种教学活动,在活动中训练学生捕捉信息和语言输出的能力。 学情分析本班共25名学生,期中男生19名,女生6名。学生基础差是普遍现象,大部分学生没有良好的学习习惯,因此,学习和理解课文比较困难,但由于本课时是关于西游记的话题,学生比较熟悉,也比较感兴趣,因此参与学习活动的热情不会太差。但诸如词汇运用、写作等主观学习活动会比较困难。教学目标By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:1.能够正确理解运用下列词汇及短语:magic、hide、 tail、be able to、turninto、unless、as soon as、become interested in、keep doing。2在完成阅读任务的过程中,提高学生理解吸收书面信息的阅读能力。3.能够运用文章中的语言向他人介绍孙悟空。4.通过阅读明白中国传统文化的博大、精深,并吸取中国传统文化中的精华。教学重点和难点Teaching focus:阅读能力的培养Possible difficulties:向他人介绍孙悟空。教学资源和教学方法教学资源:PPT Worksheet、English book 教学方法: Task-based teaching method、PWP教学过程教学环节Pre-readingStep 1教师活动Lead in:Do you like reading stories?Which story do you like best?
