摘 要
本文介绍了熟料圆锥式破碎机,该破碎机采用超慢速剪切细碎原理。具有细碎效率高、功耗极低、无扬尘、几乎无振动。使用寿命延长5～7倍，易损配件费用底，结构简单，操作容易，维修极为方便。它主要由电动机、机架、外筒体、分级罩、回转筒、空心轴、大齿轮、小齿轮 、动颚板和静颚板组成。工作时,起动减速电机,减速电机轴端的小齿轮带动大齿轮转动,从而使回转筒下端的定动颚板之间形成一个动态的 V形圆环破碎腔,物料有进料筒落下,细粉及细颗粒通过筛板分离落入回转筒下部至漏斗排除,粗颗粒由锥形筛板均匀地撒入V形破碎腔内受定动颚板剪磨,由大颗粒变成小颗粒或粉末而落至漏斗入口,从漏斗出口排出.该破碎机广泛应用于金属、非金属矿、冶金、材料、化工、磨料和建材等行业的物料破碎领域.

二、设计（论文）依据
1、 最大进料尺寸140mm；平均进料粒度5mm。
2、台时产量22-32t/h。
3、电动机功率15kw;系统总电耗<26kwt/h。
4、磨损后最大出机物料12-15mm且<20%。
5、易损件使用寿命>200d;易损件消耗0.085元/t（小于）。
6、一副剪板碎料11万吨；一副剪板价格0.8万元（小于）。
7、设备运转率>95%。
