文档包括:说明书一份。33页,14100字。SW三维图一份。图纸共3张,如下所示A2-卡车驾驶室翻转机构总装配.dwgA3-车支架右.dwgA3-驾驶室安装架.dwg摘要中型卡车驾驶室已经平头化,为了便于发动机的维修保养,要求驾驶室能够向前翻转。由于中型卡车驾驶室太重,单凭人力无法实现驾驶室的翻转,必须要借助于翻转机构。大多数中型卡车翻转机构都采用机械式双扭杆式。翻转机构上的重要部件是扭杆弹簧,扭杆的弹力是驾驶室得到翻转的主要动力源,因此,扭杆弹簧性能的好坏直接关系到驾驶室的翻转。本文针对某中型卡车驾驶室,根据驾驶室翻转时的实际工作状况,根据车架和驾驶室的尺寸,对翻转机构进行设计,对翻转机构的重要部件扭杆进行设计,并且同时对扭杆其他部分尺寸进行设计计算。关键词:中型卡车 翻转机构 扭杆弹簧AbstractThe cab of the medium-sized truck has been flattened. In order to facilitate maintenance and repair of engine, the cab must be able to flip forward. The cab tilting mechanism must be needed because manpower is not strong enough to achieve its tilting.The cab tilting mechanism of the majority of medium-sized truck is mechanical and torsion bar-type dual. One of the important parts is the torsion bar spring on the tilting mechanism. The elasticity of torsion bar is the main power that makes the cab tilting. In this paper, the tilting mechanical hardware for the cab of the medium-sized truck was designed according to the actual working conditions at tilting time and the size of the truck frame and cab. Based on the principles of ergonomics, the torsion bar, which is the key part of the tilting mechanism, was designed.
