摘 要
纵观汽车工业发展百余年,人们对汽车的要求已从实用性、可靠性提高到对舒适性、美观性、安全性、实用经济性等方面的要求,从而对汽车车身也提出了许多新的要求,特别是外覆的轮毂类件的表面质量。当今国际汽车制造业间的竞争日益激励,汽车开发周期不断缩短,新车型不断涌现,柔性与可重构车身生产线技术是针对当今制造业小批量多品种而发展的一种新生产模式,是缩短汽车开发周期、提高产品竞争力的关键之一。包边能够针对不同工件对工作程序做出相应改变来适应工件的不同特征,面对不同的加工零件都可以顺利地沿着工件的轮廓进行运动来进行滚压包边,相比现有的包边设备,包边具有很高的柔性化程度。
本课题拟采用将不锈钢边套入车轮轮毂内壁,之后使用包边机将不锈钢边翻边后与车轮压紧,以防止不锈钢边自车轮上脱落,起到美观装饰的目的(车轮为黑色涂装,不锈钢边类似电镀效果,这在目前国外非常流行)。

Abstract
Throughout the automobile industry development in hundred years, the requirements of the vehicle from the practicality, reliability is improved to comfort, appearance, safety, practicality economy and other aspects of the request, and on the vehicle body also puts forward many new requirements, especially outside the hub parts surface quality. The international automobile manufacturing industry between the increasingly competitive incentives, vehicle development cycle shortens ceaselessly, ceaseless emerge in large numbers of new type, flexible and reconfigurable body production line technology for the manufacturing of small quantities of many varieties and the development of a new mode of production, shorten the development cycle, is one of the key to enhance the competitiveness of products. Wrapping for different workpiece on the work program make the corresponding change to adapt to different workpieces with different characteristics, processing of parts can be smoothly along the contour of the workpiece for movement to rolling hemming, compared with the existing sewing equipment, including high degree of flexible.
This paper intends to adopt the stainless steel edge into a wheel hub inner wall, followed by the use of package machine stainless steel edge flanging and wheel pressing, in order to prevent the stainless steel side since the wheels fall off, which is beautiful decorative purposes ( wheel black coating, stainless steel edge similar plating effect, which at present is very popular abroad ).
