酒店标准手册设计和工程标准Section A Architectural Requirement章节A 建筑要求Separate street entrances shall be provided for hotel guests, employeesand goods. Separate street entrance is desirable for Ballroom, Restaurantsor Lounge and Theme/Specialty Bars.应专门为酒店客人,员工和货物提供分开的临街入口。宴会厅,餐厅或酒廊和主题/特种酒吧等也最好能有独立的临街入口。The Loading Dock and Employees Entrance is to be separated from guestentrances and well shielded from public areas and guest rooms. The design and materials used should take into consideration the climatic conditions.酒店入口外的下客区应该可以容纳三辆车并排,最小宽度为8.5 米,并应妥善分级和落水。设计和材料的选用,应充分考虑气候条件。Consideration should be given to the choice of materials used from the public right of way to the hotel dropoff area, with a higher standard of materials being used at the hotel entrance. The canopy height should be at least 4m or more if required by local regulations. It is important that this entrance is located from which conference users can quickly and easily go to the conference facilities. It should be inviting, comfortable and hospitable. The circulation routes within the lobby should be clear and efficient.大堂给与客人对酒店的第一印象。它应该是热情友好,舒适好客的感觉。大堂中人流的导向应当是清晰而高效的。The main lobby can be considered as two areas, the business area and the quieter lounge area. The position of the front desk should be such that it is visible upon guests arrival. The number, size and speed of the passenger lifts needs to meet IHG requirements shown within the facilities program.客梯大厅应该设置在对客人来说一目了然并且很方便的地方。客梯的数量,大小和速度,应当符合洲际酒店集团设施方案中的要求。All passenger lifts need to be concentrated within one area and ideally banks of lifts should face opposite each other. Banks of 5 lifts or more are not acceptable. It is not acceptable for food to be transferred to the restaurant kitchens through public areas.从饭店厨房到主厨房之间要有合适的后场通道。不得让食物经过公共区域传输到饭店厨房。During the initial planning of the hotel, provision should be made for convenient access from the restaurants to hotel washrooms. These washrooms can either be located within the restaurant area or located off an adjacent public area.
