The canopy height should be at least 4m or more if required by local regulations. It should be inviting, comfortable and hospitable. The number, size and speed of the passenger lifts needs to meet IHG requirements shown within the facilities program.客梯大厅应该设置在对客人来说一目了然并且很方便的地方。客梯的数量，大小和速度，应当符合洲际酒店集团设施方案中的要求。All passenger lifts need to be concentrated within one area and ideally banks of lifts should face opposite each other. Banks of 5 lifts or more are not acceptable.
