摘要
手动火焰清理设备一直是钢铁企业的常用设备。这项艰苦的工作经常是在高温,高粉尘及噪声污染的恶劣环境中进行的。为了改善手工作业环境以及由于手工作业带来的低效率,高成本等问题,如今钢铁行业逐渐重视对钢坯清理的机械作业的研发。所谓钢坯火焰清理就是利用高温火焰的气割和熔除作用将钢坯表面缺陷烧除的工序。该工序能有效提高钢材的轧制质量,为了生产高质量的优质钢材提供了必要的保证。钢坯火焰清理按工作温度分为热钢坯火焰清理和冷钢坯火焰清理;钢坯火焰清理按操作方式分为手工作业和机械作业方式。其中实现机械作业的装置称火焰清理机,他是通过专门烧嘴将氧气和炼焦煤气进行混合,燃烧火焰预热连铸钢坯,然后利用高压纯氧流与钢坯表面产生氧化反应,对钢坯火焰清理机需要采取机械作业方式,冷钢坯火焰清理机即可采用手工作业方式,又可采用机械作业方式。冷钢坯火焰清理即可采用手工作业方式,又可采用计息作业方式,但由于我国目前非常缺乏专门的火焰清理机的设计、制造研发能力,国内钢坯火焰清理主要采用手工作业冷钢坯清理方式。
本课题组的工作重点主要有下面几个方面:
1、 进行钢坯火焰清理机总体功能分析
2、 进行钢坯火焰清理机初步设计方案可行性论证
3、 基于确定初步设计方案进行初步结构设计,包括钢坯翻板、缺陷清理、废屑排除等典型功能装置的工作原理和结构设计计算
4、 钢坯火焰清理机的具体技术指标为:
工作温度:0°C—50 °C,相对适度:≤90%
工作电源:380V±10% /3相/50HZ
钢坯临界尺寸(mm):(长*宽*高):(200~300)*(1850~2280)*(2000~4000)
具有钢坯自动夹紧与松开、自动翻板功能;
烧嘴能自动点火与熄灭,且高度能手动可调;
具有自动排屑功能;
导轨带有自动防屑尘的防护罩。

Abstract

The main focus of the work our group has the following aspects:

2, the initial billet flame cleaning machine design feasibility
