教学设计教学内容:新目标英语八年级下册第六单元第三课时设计制作:湖北省宜昌市第三中学 方波教学课题: Unit 6 How long have you been collecting shells?教学背景新目标英语八年级下册一至五单元,通常为期中考试阶段内容。第六单元是在考试后一个新阶段的新起点,因此非常重要和关键。在第六单元的教学中,我将以新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动。通过对教材的分析,我确立了以培养学生听和说的能力训练为中心的教学目标,充分体现为学生全面发展、终生发展奠定学习基础的原则。以小组合作学习形式,围绕教学目标,层层推进。由于贴近生活,具有可实践性和操作性。教材分析:TopicHobbiesFunctionsTalk about how long have you been doing thingsStructuresTarget languagePresent perfect progressive-How long have you been skating? -Ive been skating since nine oclock.Simple past tense-When did you start skating? -I started skating at nine oclock.Present progressive tenseStudents are skating at the Hilltop School.Vocabularycollect, marathon, skate, raise, stamp, shell, kite, globe, monster, coin, skater, collector;particularly, run out of, be interested in, by the way; since, forRecyclingTimes; numbers; student, school, birthday, penguin, hobby; How long ?Learning StrategiesInducing; Cooperating人教版新目标八年级下册第六单元话题为爱好,主要谈论你已经在做这些事多久了。本单元语法主要训练现在完成进行时态。本节课为第三课时,将通过听和说的训练,让学生学会运用现在完成进行时态去谈论业余收藏爱好。教案设计:设计理念1、热身体验。本单元是接触学习现在完成进行时,采用简单而又直观体验的教学方法将是最有效的方法。可以让全体同学在上课铃响时起立,师生相互问好后,不让他们坐下,复习上节课内容:谈论Hilltop School的马拉松滑冰赛,两分钟后,一半的同学坐下,而另一部分继续站立。这时询问坐下的同学:When did they start to stand? How long have they been standing?” 学生回答积极踊跃,在轻松而又愉快的氛围中学生体验自己已经在做这事多久了。2、激发热情。借助课前准备好的实物、图片,特别鼓励同学们自己准备ppt展示自己的收藏爱好,注重对新时态的导入教学及训练技巧,激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性。课堂教学的各环节遵循由易到难的渐进过程,让学生学会运用现在完成进行时态去谈论业余爱好。采用多种教学手段,通过听、说训练,力求使教学生动活泼,做到既能激发学生的兴趣又能提高教学效果。3、实践活动。通过任务型的教学途径和情境教学、小组合作等教学方法实施课堂活动,调动学生学习的积极性,让学生获得更多的知识,同时能更快更容易的掌握本节课所要训练的技能。教学模式以活动为中心,面向全体学生,强调学生的参与和实践。本节课,将以听、说训练为主,采用小组合作的方式,完成任务型教学活动。1、 导入部分。向学生展示我的收藏品“邮票”,精美的邮票激发了他们的求知欲,真实的邮票使学生爱不释手,适时向学生提问: (1)Do you like stamps? Do you like collecting stamps? Why?(2)What do you collect? How long have you been collecting? How many have you collected? 2、 听说部分。在教学Section B 2a & 2b听、说训练时,采取先听录音,回答问题的方式,Ask: What does he/ she collect? How long has he/ she collected? How many does he/ she have? 在完成表格填写内容后,开展小组合作竞赛的方式,让学生练习录音稿里的对话。3、 活动部分。本节课采用开放性话题:-What do you collect? Why?-How long have you been collecting? -How many do you have?通过活动前的准备,为了展现自己的长处和能力,同学们花样百出,有实物展示、图片展示和ppt展示。通过活动中的学习,强化了语言实践的过程,提高了学生的听说表达能力,培养了学生的创新精神和合作精神。通过活动后的巩固,在小组合作学习过程中,从学生的实际出发,鼓励每个学生都参与说,要求每个学生都动手写,注重学生长远的发展。教学方法 通过复习和情景创设,导入新课,引出现在完成进行时;通过听、说对话,操练句型;通过小组合作,自主学习;通过活动展示,强化学习;通过写的练习,提升能力。教学目标一、 知识目标: 1. 初步了解并运用现在完成进行时态。 2. 培养学生的听说能力。学习重点-How long have you been skating? Ive been skating since 9 oclock.学习难点能使用现在完成进行时表达不间断做某件事情,能谈论兴趣爱好。二、 能力目标: 能使用现在完成进行时表达不间断做某件事情,学会谈论人们做某事持续多长时间,谈论人们收藏某物多长时间。三、 情感目标:在培养学生个人爱好的同时,应加强意志品质的锻炼。教学过程一、Teaching AimsTeaching goals:1. My Best Friends Collection(引导学生课后对自己的好朋友做一个调查,询问他们收藏的东西、收藏的原因、时间及数量,并写下调查结果,再向大家报告。)Board Design: Unit 6 How long have you been collecting shells?coin, stamp, kite, so far, stuffed animal-What do you collect? - How long have you been collecting? -How many do you have?教学反思一、在教学活动中,以导学案为学生的学习主导,以小组合作学习方式来延伸和拓展学生的听、说技能,从而提高学生的英语综合运用能力。本节课的主要内容是通过情景导入来引导学生谈论收藏,再引导学生根据听力内容进行小组活动来谈论收藏多久。由学生们最感兴趣的话题而引起学生积极参与课堂活动的兴趣,同时提高了学生的听和说的交际能力。从本节课的课堂教学活动内容来看,听、说、读、写活动贯穿于新目标英语教学的各个环节,课堂教学能以学生为主体,以不同的学习任务为主线。二、以网络和多媒体为核心的信息技术融入到英语教学中,使英语课堂教学更加流畅自然。1. 创设适合学生学习的情境利用信息技术, 多种媒体如视频、音频、动画、图片等交互使用 , 学习情境的构建变得十分简单、真实。备课时,可以在互联网上尽情地查阅我们想要的任何一个知识点,能够扩大知识视野、提高业务素质。利用共享优厚的教育资源,教师自制Power point课件,也可以让学生自制Power point来服务于英语课堂教学。信息技术介入英语教学使英语教学内容的呈现方式多种多样,可以实物直观呈现,可以图片呈现,也可以自制Power point 来展示活动情景,因而课堂丰富多彩,学生兴趣浓厚。必要时,只要轻击鼠标就能解决问题,以便突出教学重点、突破难点,取得更理想的教学效果。2. 满足不同层次学生的学习在课前预习、自我学习
