Recently people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health nowadays So athletes is becoming more and more popular Gymanasiums and fitness center is often filled with people At the same time a lot of people choose to exercise in the public garden Nevertheless some people hold the opinion that athletes are receiving too much public attention and they are overpaid In my point of the view I consent that doing some exercise every day is absolutely necessary Although you will not necessarily die without physical exercises they ll certainly help you live longer and more healthily First doing exercise can release our pressure and reduce our annoyance When we are doing some exercise we will find that we will not concern more about our worst thing and be full of spirit and energy Especially after doing exercise we usually find that we will be calmer and have idea to deal with some troubles Thus doing exercise is beneficial for our mental health Second doing exercise regularly is good for retaining body functions As the saying goes life lies in movement doing exercise every day will be conducive to keep active mental keep us from diseases Finally exercise can make you well behaved and confident Doing exercise is also a good way to keep track with others and develop our ability in dealing with interpersonal communication By touching with others we can understand ourselves better In a word exercise is helpful important and absolutely necessary Our life will fill with various contents and make it more colorful as long as we exercise at the appropriate time them First doing exercise can release our pressure and reduce our annoyance When we are doing some exercise we will find that we will not concern more about these unpleased things and be full of spirit and energy Especially after doing exercise we usually find that we will be calmer and have idea to deal with some troubles Thus doing exercise is beneficial of our mental health Second doing 电脑和参加体育活动了 锻炼身体的重要性 The Importance of Physical Exercise Everyone hopes to live happily in the world Physical exercise is indispensable to a happy life There is a famous saying Life lies on exercise Although you will not necessarily die without regular physical exercises they ll certainly help you live longer and more healthily 每个人都希望幸福地生活在这个世界上 对于幸福生活体育锻炼是必不可少的 有一 句名言 生命在于运动 虽然没有规律的体育锻炼你不一定会死 但是体育锻炼能帮助 你活得更久 更健康 Exercise is good for us to build our bodies It helps coordinate the different parts of our bodies when we have sports For example we must try our best to coordinate the movements of the arms and legs when we play basketball or we won t be able to shoot the basket Exercise also benefits our organs It lets the heart beat faster than usual and then helps enlarge the blood vessels to protect us from heart attacks 锻炼对我们的身体很好 运动的时候能够帮助我们 协调身体的各个部分 例如 打 篮球的时候我们必须尽力使手脚协调 否则我们不会投中篮 运动也有利于我们的器官 它让心跳比平时快 然后帮助扩大血管来预防心脏病 Exercise can also contribute to the development of our ability to response agilely For instance when you play table tennis you must try to reflect as quickly as you can so that you may fight back at the right position at the fight moment 运动也有助于提高我们的反应能力 例如 打乒乓球时你必须要快速反映 这样你才 可以在正确位置反击 Exercise can also contribute to improving our mood When you do exercise you move a lot and you have to be more active It helps you become more optimistic 运动也有助于改善我们的心情 important and absolutely necessary 总之 运动是很有用 很重要 当然也是很有必要的 Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports Sports are conducive to health First they stimulate blood circulation As a Chinese saying goes Running water is never stale and a door hinge never gets worm eaten Good blood circulation can prevent diseases Besides sports help digestion If one often takes exercise he will not suffer dyspepsia Most important of all sports make one energetic One who takes exercise everyday is always full of vigour and will never be listless However there are also disadvantages for taking exercise First if one takes exercise in the morning he will sweat but he will have to go to work with wet underwear in a hurry which is harmful to health Besldes it is also time consuming to take exercise If one takes exercise regularly he can keep fit but most probably he will lag behind in other fields Worst of all if one takes exercise without taking in enough nutrition his health will run down for malnutrition which is just the opposite to what he wishes Admlttedly I find it beneficial to health to take exercise However I seldom take exercise all my life When I was young I refused to take exercise for lack
