读者简明扼要地介绍了论文内容和论题范围 总的来讲 英文摘要的写作并没有一成不变的格式 但是应 结构严谨 表达简明 语义确切 逻辑顺序合理 句子之间要上下连贯 互相呼应 句型应力求简单 慎 用长句 每句话要表意明白 无空泛 笼统 含混之词 英文摘要有其自己的表达方式和语言习惯 在撰 写英文摘要时应特别注意以下几点 1 英文摘要的时态以简练为佳 常用一般现在时和一般过去时 少用 现在完成时和过去完成时 进行时态和其他复合时态基本不用 2 主动语态有助于文字清晰 简洁及表达 有力 因此在摘要中采用的越来越多 3 英文摘要的行文最好不用第一人称 3 摘要应该用简洁 明确 的语言将论文的目的 主要的研究过程及方法 结论表达清楚 4 摘要不分段 论文摘要虽然要反映以上内容 但文字必须十分简炼 内容亦需充分概括 篇幅大小一般限制其字数 不超过论文字数的 5 例如 对于 6000 字的一篇论文
