We eat plants. We breathe the oxygen that plants produce. We also need them for another different reason. The plants beauty can decorate(装饰) our life . That is why even in big modern cities, we have parks full of trees, green grass, brushes and flowers. Also we are sure to find some green housesplants and fresh flowers in most families. But how do you look after your plants? Do you give them love and care? According to the book The Secret Life of Plants by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Bird, you should talk to them and give them love. This book describes a test that two seeds are planted in different places. When the plants are growing, one plant is given love and positive (积极的) ideas while the other is growing in a negative (消极的) way. After six months, the loved plant grows bigger. Under the soil, it has more and longer roo
