protected against moisture and shocks 若货物的包装为纸箱 则需要用包装带将其绑紧 If the commodity is packaged by paper please bind the carton tightly by packing belts 若货物的包装为木箱 则木箱的八个顶点均需用螺丝 螺母固定 If the commodity is packaged by wood please fix the four angles of the box by screws and screw nuts 由于卖方采用包装的保护措施不当或不适宜而导致货物生锈 以及由于采用不适宜的包装而导致货 物发生损失 卖方应对所发生的损失及相关费用负责 The Sellers shall be liable for any damage of the Existing stock of Compound Name in Semi Finished compounding Compound A with Chemicals package called Cure package with the out going quality report Mooney Viscosity Report that meet customer requirement 卖方提供产品和现有库存半成品以及所用化学物质包装必须符合买方要求 并出具 门尼粘度报 告 Customer shall take this data as in coming quality check on arrival 买方根据卖方报告中的数据作为货到后的质量检查依据 Any rejection or concern shall be monitored in this step 对于任何有关质量范围的拒绝或要求都止于此 2 Customer has responsibility for all processes after receiving the in bound compound such as Storage preservations final mixing preforming moulding chlorination and all surface treatment process after molding 买方负责货物入境后的所有工序 如存储 保存 混合 压片 成型 氯化及成型后所有表面处理 12 RELEASE PERIODS 发布周期 Production release calendar days 20 生产周期 20 天 Material release calendar days 20 原料周期 20 天 Material requirements beyond production release and material release are non application to another supplier s product process 超出生产周期和原料周期之外原料需求不适用到另一个供应商的产品加工中 If customer cancels an order within the production release period without having placed further release orders during the planning zone Supplier will consider the acceptance of the products or the payment of the agreed purchase price within 运输代理公司所应承担的赔偿责任外 买方有权凭中国进出口商品检验局出具的商检报告向卖方提 出用新的货物进行更换或赔偿 由此发生的一切费用 例如商检费 退运货物运费及保险费 仓储 费及装卸费等 应由卖方承担 Within six months after after received compound A should the quality specification or quantity be insurance premium storage and loading etc shall be borne by the Seller 13 迟交货罚款 Penalty of late delivery 除遇不可抗拒的自然灾害外 如卖方不能按合同规定的时间交货 买方应同意在卖方付罚款的条件 下延期交货 罚款可由支付银行在议付货款时扣除 罚款率按每逾期一天收 0 5 但罚款不得超 过货物总价的 5 如卖方延期交货超过合同规定十周时 买方有权撤销合同 此时 卖方仍应立 即按上述规定向买方支付罚款 Should the Seller fail to make delivery on time as stipulated in the Contract with exception of Force Majeure Natural Disasters causes the Buyers shall agree to postpone the delivery on the condition that the Seller agree to pay a penalty which shall be deducted by the paying bank from the payment under negotiation The rate of penalty is charged at 0 5 for every day But the total penalty shall not exceed 5 of the total value of the goods involved in the late delivery In case the seller fail to make delivery ten weeks later than the time of shipment stipulated in the Contract the Buyers shall have the right to cancel the Contract and the Sellers in spite of the cancellatio
