The network education has broken through time restrict and space restrictof traditional education and endowed education with new contents, notions andmethods.The article mainly analyzes the problems confronted by the networkeducation in current society under the environment of electronic commerce. Afterthat, it provides solutions accordingly and shows a successful network educationmodel. First, it introduces the relationship between electronic commerce andnetwork education. Meanwhile, it gives an account of the survival and advantagesof network education. Then, the article shows the problems of network educationexisting in education quality, students own situation, network education law andso on, through the contrast between network education home and abroad.
