As a dynamic process, thereare many factors influencing it. The partners in negotiating are subjected not onlyto the negotiators strength and environment but also to the bi-characteristicsconfronting positions and integration. Since the performers of negotiation arehuman beings, the basis of business activities are the negotiatorsbi-characteristics.
