数控滚齿机刀架设计
摘要
滚齿机是齿轮滚刀加工齿轮的专用机床,在齿轮加工中应用最广泛。在滚齿机上可切削直齿、斜齿圆柱齿轮。这种机床使用特制的滚刀时也能加工蜗轮、花键和链轮等各种特殊齿形的工件。
本滚齿机由床身、立柱、刀架及滑板、工作台组成。滚齿机工作时,滚刀装在滚刀主轴上,由伺服电机驱动作旋转运动,刀架可沿立柱导轨垂直移动,还可绕水平轴线调整一个角度。工件装在工作台上,由分度蜗轮副带动旋转,与滚刀的运动一起构成展成运动。立柱可沿床身导轨移动,以适应不同工件直径和作径向进给。
刀架与滑板通过T型槽和螺栓联接,滑板后联接立柱,通过双V轨道实现沿立柱导轨的上下直线运动。刀架体装有三根轴,动力从伺服电机传出,经过减速器,通过斜齿轮轴传递到主轴,这两根轴实现动力传动;蜗杆蜗轮轴通过一对内啮合的直齿轮实现分度功能,切削斜齿轮。其中在主轴上安装滚刀,滚刀通过锥度主轴孔和拉杆定位,通过辅助轴承的滑动实现对刀。
刀架滑板的设计:计算出主轴的转矩,然后进行主要零部件如轴、蜗轮蜗杆、斜齿轮、直齿轮的设计计算及轴承、键选择校核。

GEAR HOBBING MACHINE TOOL REST AND SLIDER DESIGNING
ABSTRACT
Gear hobbing machine is special purpose machine tools for cutting gear with gear hob and it is widely used. It can be used for machining spur cylindrical gears, helical cylindrical gears. With special hobbing cutter , it could machine worm gears multiple spline and sprocket wheels whose tooth profile are special.
This gear hobbing machine is composed of bed, column, tool rest, slider, and machine table. When machining, the hobbing cutter is installed in the spindle and rotating with the drive of motor. The tool rest makes vertical motion along the column guide rail. Whats more, it can form a angle between tool rest and horizontal axis. The workpiece is set up on the machine table and is moved by worm gear pair with which generate the motion of gear hobbing. For hobbing helical gears, the differential structure makes the workpiece to do an additional motion. Column can glide along the bed in order to make an radial movement or to adapt different shaft diameter.
The tool rest is linked to the slider with T groove and bolts. It is column behind the slider. Along the double v guide rail, it can achieve up and down straight motion. There are three shafts in the body of tool rest. Two of them are used to transmit power and the others are to obtain the function index so as to cut helical gears. The gear hobbing cutter is mounted in the spindle and it is located with taper hole of the shaft and pull rod, while presenting with the auxiliary sliding bearing.
Designing of tool rest and slider: figure out torque of the spindle, then design the main parts like shafts, worm gear, gears and check.
