摘 要
此设计是带有端面槽的螺纹配合组合件编程加工与仿真,其实质是轴类零件车削加工这个课题,它涉及到的知识面非常广阔,基本将我们在大学里所学知识综合运用起来。它突出了数控加工的特点,零件在加工过程中的工艺性特点。从图纸设计,零件图的分析及毛坯的选择,机床的选择,刀具的选择,零件加工工艺的分析,夹具的选择,工艺规程的设计,数控加工程序,CAXA软件仿真,精度的检测与公差的配合到分析结果的全过程,将理论知识和实际操作紧密联系起来。从图样设计开始到零件加工结束,说明零件加工与设计的基本过程。用数控车床加工克服普通车床加工精度不高难加工,加工时间长等特点,提高加工精度,提高操作安全性。并画出走刀路线图,编写出加工程序,最终在数控车床上加工出产品。

Abstract
