甲方需提供员工必要的劳动防护用品 所有人员均需配备安全帽 并根据作 业性质配备安全带 防护眼镜 焊工手套及防护眼罩 5 1 Party A shall provide neccessary personal protection equipment to the workers all the workers need to be equipped with safety helmets and wear the safety belts safety glasses welding gloves and safety goggles according to the work character 6 2 甲方不得强令工人冒险作业 要做好相应的安全防护措施 不得因工人向总 包项目报告而解除协议 7 2 Party A shouldn t force the workers to take a risk to work and should take relative safety protective measures and shouldn t terminate the agreement becasue the workers are reporting to the contractor s project department 3 工作期间 若因甲方原因造成乙方受工伤 甲方承担医疗费用 非因工或患病住 费用由乙方自行承担 3 Party A will undertake the medical fees if it is Party A s reason that lead to the injury of Party B during the work Party B will undertake its own medical fees if Party B was injured or was sick not during the work 4 当出现下列情形时 甲方有权单方面解除协议 并视情况严重程度给予相应的 处罚 Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and make corresponding punishment to Party B accoring to the magnitude of the event if it apears the following circumstances 1 乙方在工作中不服从甲方工作安排的 Party B don t obey the work arrangement of Party A during the work 2 乙方不遵守安全操作规程 违章作业的 Party B don t comply with the safety operation procedures and work contrary to the regulation 3 乙方存在偷盗 敲诈勒索 打架斗殴 酗酒等恶行的 Party B has evil deeds during the work Such as stealing racketeering fighting and brawling insobriety immediately report to the security department of SINOMA if Pary B was injured or had an accident during the work and Party B should not delay and concealment The reporting process as follows employee to work Party B shall have the right to refuse to work if his own security is threatened such as Working high above the ground without equipped with safety belts insufficient protection measures and so on and shall report it to the security department of SINOMA 3 乙方有权利或义务对我们的工作提出合理化建议和意见 如第一款所述 您 在施工作业过程中发生一般事故或轻伤等 必须通过正当渠道反应 上报 在 雇主和中材安全部门未能及时给予答复的情况下 不得有聚众闹事 示威罢工 等行为 如出现上述情况 造成严重后果的将移交当地警方处理 Party B has the right or obligation to put porward reasonable suggestion to our work As stipulated in clause 1 Party B should response and report through the proper channel if Party B was injured or had an accident during the construction work Party B should not participate in mobbing and demonstrate strike and any other deeds if the employer and the security department of SINOMA fail to respond timely if the above mentioned situation appers relative personnel will be handed over to local police to deal with if it is causing serious consequences 4 乙方必须服从工作安排 做好本职工作 未经许可不得从事其他工作 Party B should obey the work arrangement and piously perform its duty and shouldn t engage in any other job if without Party A s permission 5 乙方必须遵守以下安全规章制度 Party B should obey the following safety rules and regulations 1 进入施工现场正确佩戴安全帽 系好下颌带 帽带 Correctly wear the safety helmet and fasten the mandibularis hatband of the helmet when entering into the construction site 2 2 米以上高空作业必须系挂安全带 并做到高挂低用 It is must wear the safety belts if working 2 meters above the ground and the safety hooks should be hooked on the structure wihich is higher than the worker s body for safety 3 不得穿拖鞋 短袖 短裤进入施工现场 Prohibit to wear slippers short sleeve shirts and shorts into the construction site 4 严禁酒后进场作业 Prohibit entering the site after drinking alcohol 5 严禁擅自开启现场电气设备 严禁擅自接电 It is strictly prohibited to start the electrical equipment and connect electric wires unauthorized 6 严禁使用电缆桥架当梯子使用 It is prohibited to use the cable bridge as ladder 7 严禁高空抛物 It is prohibited to throw objects in high sky 乙方必须遵守以上规章制度
