a metric ton of iron ore fines dried at 105 degrees centigrade 干公吨 以下称为DM T或DMT 指在 105 摄氏度下铁矿粉的重量 1 5 Wet Metric Ton Basis Wet Basis means iron ore fines in its natural wet state Hereinafter referred Quarantine is CIQ and refers to an independent inspection firm that reports on the content of the iron ore fines shipments at the discharging port and performs entry exit inspection and quantity Ore fines delivered shall pass from the seller to the Buyer when the cargo has crossed over the rails of the carrying vessel while loading by the Seller 在卖方装运时当货物越过受载船舶船舷时 每船货物的所有权和风险从卖方转移至 买方 16 FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力 If at any time during the existence of this contract either party is unable to perform whole or in part any obligation under this contract because of War Hostility Military operation of any character civil commotions sabotage quarantine restriction act of Government Fire Floods Explosions Epidemics Strikes Embargoes and any other matter beyond human control Capability then the date of any obligation shall be postponed during the time when such circumstances are operative Furthermore the ICC definition of Force Majeure shall be incorporated and its interpretation
