Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?(Section A 2a-2d)彭丹 英语一、教材分析：Section A 部分主要围绕“食物制作”这一话题展开，呈现了食物制作的动词及短语(turn on, pourinto, putin, cook for)、食物名词(milk shake, ice-cream, yogurt, watermelon, honey, cabbage, carrots, potatoes)、调味品名词(salt, suger)、容器或器材的名词(blender, pot)以及表示制作顺序的副词(first, then, next, finally)等。其中有部分是以前学过的与食物制作相关的名词、动词及动词短语，如：banana, wash, drink, cut up等。本部分的核心句型是描述食物制作顺序的祈使句以及用How many/How much?提问的句型。要求学生能够听懂关于食物制作的对话，能够按照指示语做事情，并获取关于食物的原材料和量的相关信息，还要求学生能够模仿输入的语言，围绕食物的原材料、需要的量以及制作过程生成并输出自己的语言。本课时教学内容主要为：2a：听力训练，引导学生关注可数与不可数名词的区分。2b：听后的填表，让学生了解制作食物对不同食材的需求量。2c：基于听力内容的语言输出，让学生进一步巩固运用句型How many/How much?对可数名词和不可数名词的提问。2d：对话为学生呈现了罗宋汤的制作过程；语境真实、步骤详实、操作性强。二、学情分析： 八年级的学生已具备一定的英语学习基础，对于食物制作方面的与自身生活相关联的话题也很感兴趣。我所任教的班级，学生英语学习基础相对较弱、表达能力相对欠缺，要熟练掌握本单元、本课时教学内容，需要老师由易到难的逐步搭梯子，并采用学生易懂的教学方法、合理解决教学过程中学生可能遇见的难点，同时加以过手练习，及时巩固与复习。三、教学目标：1、知识与技能：通过对水果沙拉制作所需食材与数量的对话，将学生带入食物制作的语境。2、文化意识：体验西方饮食文化。3、情感态度：通过制作水果沙拉及俄罗斯的美食-罗宋汤，体会家人制作三餐的不易。4、学习策略：能在听的过程中将所获取的细节信息转换为视觉图形。四、教学重难点：1、分辨可数与不可数名词。2、正确使用量词表达可数名词与不可数名词。3、正确使用句型How many/How much?对可数名词和不可数名词的数量提问。4、正确使用表示制作顺序的副词(first, then, next, finally)等。五、教学方法：1、实物教学法2、听说训练法3、现代信息技术辅助教学法4、小组合作法六、教学过程：Step 1: Review and lead in1. What tools do they need? Just circe them.” 引导学生通过观察图片，圈出图中给出的原材料和工具，熟悉单词。2.
