and that of the Owner Those who have passed the safety training will be issued a visitor badge and asked to dress as per PPE requirement and then accompanied by personnel from the MATCH project to its safety conditions and driving license of the driver firstly besides it should be annually inspected by the relevant authority and accepted as well The driver of which is also required to attend the Safe Traffic Training of NTCC as well as that from the Owner Vehicles which have obtained these permits and well equipped can be allowed to site All vehicles are leaving should have themselves washed to prevent any contamination of the environment otherwise they should be responsible for any punishment imposed by the local authority what is worse they will be permanently removed to the s review for any material ready to site which asks for the support from the material engineer or safety engineer from NTCC Only materials which have been inspected and accepted are allowed to site Vehicles and drivers thereof should also be trained No material is allowed to remove off site prior to the presentation Page 40 of 50 Rev 01 and acceptance of the Off Permit issued by the project regulations for individual passes 施工人员出入证管理规定施工人员出入证管理规定 All construction force intending to site should get their personal data registered firstly and then receive a Three Level safety training of NTCC and then go to that from MATCH if they passed They will be issued badges to site if they passed the safety test from MATCH and recognized by the Access control System and allowed to work if they properly dress themselves as per PPE requirement of NTCC Their passes will be kept by themselves and the copies thereof will be kept by the safety personnel of NTCC Those who have lost their passes will have to again receive the safety training to obtain the passes And copies of their new passes will be updated accordingly in NTCC s archive 所有将要进入 MATCH 项目施工现场的施工人员都必须首先将其身份信息资料登记完善后接受南通 general contractor for civil work and Class A for Installation work and has obtained the safety qualification certificate issued by the China Construction Committee and Authorities related All those the course of construction phase certain hazards are inevitable For example high noise use of radiation source potential drop objects etc Whenever there is a risk which cannot be avoided or controlled by other means NTCC will use adequate warning signs or barrier tape to be used to warn personnel entering the project site about the hazards These warnings signs include warning on PPE requirement hazard identification emergency escape route etc The signs must contain a pictogram to convey the message instead of relying solely on text The detail requirements are following 在施工过程中 一定程度的危险是不可避免的 例如噪音 放射源的使用 可能坠落的物体等 对 于存在危险的地方 如果无法使用其他方法避免和进行控制 南通建工将使用足够的警告标识或围 绳警告进入此类危险物质项目场地的人员 这些警告标识应包括人身防护设备的要求 危险警告 紧急逃生路线等 除文字外 这些警告标识应包含图形来传达警告信息 详细的要求如下 Whenever risk is identified personnel who plan and perform work is responsible to display adequate warning signs to warn those who perform the work and personnel in the vicinity of the work about the presence of the hazards 一旦发现风险存在 计划和操作此项工作的人员应负责放置适当的警告标识来警告操作人员和在临 近地点工作的人员危险的存在 If the work area has inevitable hazards and there is need to keep none relevant personnel away from the work area a barrier should be erected For previous week was in full compliance with the safety plan progress meeting and requirements from the owner and local authority it is also to confirm whether it has made any rectification accordingly It is generally organized by the safety manager with the presence of project manager project engineer and trade foremen Generally they will perform a site tour and give scores of all activities then make analysis of the outcome to find where the problem lies or to find the key point to get out solutions to ensure all requirements from the safety plan progress meeting the owner and local authorities have been satisfied It is strongly recommend to encourage everybody involved to work hard to enhance the project safety by means of incentive both in physically and psychologically so as
