英语试卷命题说明 一、指导思想 该试题所规定的九年级应达到的的基本要求，结合教材，并充分考虑实际，对中考进行科学的定位，既注重对学生英语语言基础知识的全面考查，又注重对学生英语语言综合运用能力的考查。减少了单纯考查语法知识的试题，降低了语法试题的难度度，加大了对学生综合语言运用能力及灵活运用语言能力的考查力度，加强了对阅读与写作能力的考查。试卷对重点知识的覆盖率高，大多数既源于教材又高于教材，突出灵活性。试题内容注重课内与课外相结合，突出语篇和语境，注重交际和运用，选材贴近学生生活，体现时代气息。二、命题原则1. 指导性原则：真确发挥考试的导向功能，坚持以学生为本，强调学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面的考查。命题力争有利益指导学校优化日常教学工作，引导教师改进教学，引导学生学会学习。2基础性原则：体现新课标理念，面向全体学生，注重“三维”教学目标要求，杜绝偏题、难题和怪题。3全面性。试题在全面考察学生基础知识及基本技能的同时，注重了对学生应用所学知识发现、分析、解决问题的综合能力。4科学性原则：（1）语言的描述上力求做到措辞准确、题意明确；（2）考点内容的设置上做到题小面广，同一考点前后不重复，保证试题的效度；（3）在题量的设置上尽量做科学、合理，与考试时间相适应，且留有一定的余地；（4）严格控制试题的难易度，容易题、中档题、难题的比例为6：3：1, 试题的平均难度值控制在0.60左右，保证试题的区分度；（5）试题的编排上原则上按先易后难的顺序编排，保证试题的坡度。九年级英语期末试卷笔试部分听力部分略笔试部分一 单项选择请从每个小题的四个选项中，选出一个最佳答案。1. - The weather is very good.
