结构方案的确定考虑到现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑平面布置灵活,能够获得较大的使用空间,建筑立面容易处理,可以适应不同房屋造型,故本设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。3.1.2 基础类型的确定根据施工场地、地基条件、场地周围的环境条件,选择柱下独立基础。3.1.3 结构构件截面尺寸和材料的选择一、基础顶面设计标高的确定根据地质勘察报告的建议,地基持力层可设在中粗沙层上,该层距室外地面2.0m4.8m之间,现选用桩基础,故取基础顶面距离室外设计地面1.05m处。二、楼板厚度的确定根据平面布置,单向板的最大跨度为3m,按刚度条件,板厚为l/40=3000/40=75mm;按构造要求,现浇钢筋混凝土单向板的最小厚度为60mm;综合荷载等情况考虑,取板厚h=100mm.三、次梁截面尺寸确定根据平面布置,次梁的最大跨度为8100mm,次梁高h=(1/181/12)l=(1/181/12)8100=450mm1013mm,取h=700mm;次梁宽b=(1/21/3)h=(1/21/3)700=350mm233mm,取b=300mm 四、框架梁截面尺寸确定1、横向框架梁:横向框架梁的最大跨度为6600mm,横向框架梁高h=(1/81/12)l=(1/81/12)6600=825mm550mm,取h=750mm;横向框架梁宽b=(1/21/3)h=(1/21/3)750=375mm250mm, 取b=350mm 2、 纵向框架梁:纵向框架梁高h=(1/81/12)l=(1/81/12)6600=825mm550mm,取h=750mm;纵向框架梁宽b=(1/21/3)h=(1/21/3)750=375mm250mm, 取b=350mm 五、框架柱截面尺寸确定对于多层框架,无论从受力的角度,还是柱的净高而言,都以底层最为不利。底层层高H=5.1m,柱截面高度取h=(1/151/20)H=(1/151/20)5100=340mm255mm。又对于抗震设防烈度为7度,房屋高度为22.5m30m,即抗震等级为三级的框架结构,为保证柱有足够的延性,需要限制柱的轴压比,柱截面面积应满足下式:,其中,再扩大1.21.3倍,则,即,bc=hc=530mm,综合考虑取bc=hc=550mm。六、材料选择1、混凝土强度等级:除基础垫层混凝土选用C10,基础选用C25外,基础以上各层混凝土均选用C35。2、钢筋级别:框架梁、柱等主要构件的纵向受力钢筋选择HRB335级钢筋;构造钢筋、箍筋及板内钢筋选用HPB235。3.2
