Unit 2 Last WeekendPart B lets learn一、 Teaching aims and contents:1. Listen、speak、read and write the phrases: last weekend、 last night、 last Monday 、yesterday 、the day before yesterday;2. Use the sentence pattern: What did you do last weekend? I.Did you ? Yes, I/ No, I 3. To express the weekend activities and be able to put the structures in life.4. Pay attention to the past tense and can use it.二、 The difficult and key points:1. Be able to use the patterns: What did do last weekend? Did? Yes,/ No, 2. Use the phrases: read a book、saw a film、had a cold、slept and put them into the sentences.三、 Teaching procedures: Step 1: Lead-in: Enjoy a song and relax;Review the last lesson with pictures: How was his weekend? It was/ what did he do? He . (let students to answer the questions by looking the pictures carefully)Make students think back about their last weekend and share it with classmates.Step 2: Presentation Show the picture about weeks: Wednesdaytoday, Tuesdayyesterday, Mondaythe day before yesterday, the Saturday and Sundaylast weekend( read after radio and follow teacher) Show the teachers last weekend: First, I cleaned my room. Then, I went to the supermarket. After that, what did I do? (show six pictures) Did I go to the ? What did I do there?(students answers, focus the past tense of verbs) Conclude the teachers last weekend(by phrases). Show the Wetchat of Amy and a book.(question: what did Amy do last weekend? Students answer. Did she like it? Yes, she did. Did Amy do anything else? Listen and answer. How did the film? )teaching the others phrases by same way and write the key phrases on the black board: read a book、saw a film、had a cold、slept.Step 3: Practice Brain storm: show a table of “old classmates ” last weekend, give 10s to students and remember these. Use the key sentence patterns: what did he/she do last weekend? Did he/she? to repeat them by group.Step 4 Conclusion: The changes of
